Very impressive customer service!
I and a group of friends used My Club to source some netball dresses for a weekend away, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. Dean was exceptionally helpful and patiently answered all of my many questions and queries, and the process for designing and ordering the dresses was simple and so easy. They arrived well within the estimated delivery time and were great quality when they arrived.
From start to finish, the customer service was truly excellent with fast and informative replies to all of my emails and regular updates on the manufacturing process that gave us peace of mind. Thank you to Dean and the team, we loved our dresses and had a fantastic few days getting to show them off!

We have had such an amazing experience with Teddy Daniels from start to finish. His communication has been absolutely outstanding – he replies so quickly and has always been happy to answer any questions or make any changes we've requested.
He has gone above and beyond to make sure our netball dresses are exactly how we envisioned them, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. It's clear he genuinely cares about providing the best possible service and making sure his customers are completely happy.
We honestly couldn't recommend Teddy highly enough. His professionalism, attention to detail and fantastic customer service have made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to receive our finished netball dresses and see the final product in person. Thank you so much, Teddy!

No customer service
If I could give this company no stars I absolutely would . They were constantly in contact until the initial order was sent in and paid for, almost annoyingly so - seemed desperate to confirm the order. Then they made the order in the wrong colour , took 6 months to address this and still didn’t manage to get it quite right. Trying to actually get hold of anyone or get any answers during this time was an absolute nightmare , customer service is non existent , they don’t reply to emails or follow through on any promises without constant chasing up . Will absolutely not be using this company again or recommending to anyone . Promised deadlines clearly don’t mean anything to them or customer service - Avoid!!

We hope it is helpful to share a little more context around what happened, not to make excuses, but because we feel the full picture tells a slightly different story to the one the review describes.
The original colour issue came about because the design files we worked from were produced by another kit supplier, and colour representation on screen can vary quite significantly depending on the device and software used. Rather than simply reordering in a standard navy, we went to the effort of producing two sample shirts in two different navy options and sending them to you so that you could personally choose the exact shade you wanted. and that is precisely what your full replacement kit was produced in and delivered to you.
Some of the delay during this period was also genuinely outside of our hands. The Chinese New Year factory shutdown, which runs from mid-February through to early March, along with the post-CNY order backlog, does inevitably affect lead times. Once your preferred colour was confirmed on 13th April, your replacement kit was with you within 7 weeks.
Where we hold our hands up is on communication. There were gaps in our response times that simply were not good enough.
We are sorry the journey was such a frustrating one, Claire. We do hope that the end result, a kit made exactly to the colour you chose, reflects how seriously we take getting things right for our customers.

Dean brown has been amazing throughout the whole process second time I have used my club group and dean has made it so easy for me, even when I was waiting for funding as it is a charoty kit dean dit not hassle me and just supported me throughout the process and would 100% use again as the service and quality of kit is brilliant.

A poor experience and disappointing product quality.
The lead time was long but that was OK as ordered in decent time..... Until the kit got lost and constant delays left us without kit for 9 weeks! When the kit finally arrived, after a lot of effort on my part to track it down and not much help from My Club, the quality was not what was expected for the money, time and effort put into acquiring the kit. Sizing were on the larger side and the QR code printed on the kit doesn't work. Feels like cheap kit from China.
All in all a poor experience and disappointing product quality. Not worth it and won't be using again.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect the service we aim to deliver.
The delays were caused by a DHL shipping failure outside of our control. Once the courier confirmed the parcel as lost, we immediately initiated a replacement order, at which point the original delivery arrived. We apologise for the confusion this caused.
Regarding the QR code outcome on your design, this is the first we have been made aware of the issue. The code was tested and functional prior to production, however garment sublimation can affect scannability in ways not always visible at proof stage. We will always aim to resolve any faults or issues with any garments if we are made aware of them.
On quality, we want to be clear that our products are not cheap imports. They are manufactured to industry standards and we stand behind them. We would strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can review your specific concerns, as we are always committed to making things right.
Super Fast & Super Quality

While lead time is usually 5 or 6 weeks, I only left myself 4 weeks, but Charlie Sweeny was a real diamond, and chased the order through with the production team. I received the jerseys in a record 3 weeks, and they were great. Good quality, top design and perfect for the team to celebrate. Thanks again Charlie!

They were excellent to deal with from the moment we started. Nothing was a problem and they sorted all our logos out for us.
