I needed a document for my LLC that was not specifically part of my order. The agent said she would put one together and send it to me shortly. She sent me what I needed right away as promised. Couldn't ask for more.

I registered a business with MyCorporation and everything went smoothly. Customer service was also helpful when I had a couple of questions about the process, which I appreciated.

In an age where almost every big company sucks, it's refreshing to do business with one that doesn't.

My second time around and I’m totally pleased

I wanted an E notary document. I filled out all the information and paid $35 and received nothing back for hours and hours. After approximately four hours, I went to another E-notary for $25 and within 10 minutes my document was E-notarized. This service needs to work on their website because after paying the bill I was transferred to an application for an LLC or a corporation with no button to push for a notarization. A software change, improvement and update is sorely needed for this link.

My payroll company partners with MyCorporation.

Neither I nor my payroll have not been satisfied with MyCorporation. I recently moved states and had to set up a new S-Corp and cancel the old one. MyCorporation was charged with closing the old state's account and opening the new one. They attempted to close the new one and over charge $50.
