I can see you have purchased a nose mask and if you feel you can't breathe through the nose effectively you may better with a mask that also goes over your mouth. Not sure the mask is big enough,it's a little uncomfortable, how do you size before you buy
I just bought i think it's called i30n in medium with large frame but it seems a little small and sits close to the sides of my mouth and not on the softer part of my cheeks
