It’s a lie that you’ll get your report within “4 hours” or 1-2 days. I haven’t received mine. When you call them, they say to visit website or leave a message. No confirmation over email or update on the CRC. Took $68 which is expensive.

Please DO NOT USE , this site charges me twice for noting, it can never go through last page but still charge you, ask to do again and double charge, then next day email came ask me to put my full legal name and birthday and address to claim my payments , please don't make same mistake like me or others , this is problem site

This is a scam. Paid $68 for and no criminal record. The BC Government needs to shut this illegal operation down.

Buggy website & support almost impossible to get a hold of.

Five shareholders of our company need CRCs for government bidding purposes. All of the shareholders are using different devices and in different parts of the country.

Four of five applicants are having severe problems with website. Website indicates application is "successfully submitted..." and to wait "1-2 days for the report". the report never comes, but a follow up email keeps getting sent which indicates the ID verification is not complete yet. Click on the link to complete... Go through the steps... and it starts from beginning agian... support is non-existent (phone, chat, email... etc.)

Do not use this service. MyCRC.CA will leave you hanging and utterly frustrated.

Your service promises reports within a day and also boasts that we can obtain a report within 4 hours of the request. This is misrepresentation of your services. I did not get any response to my numerous e-mails and there was a phone call from an unknown number.. all this sounded like a fraud, so I asked for my money back. I registered for my request on the 11th of July 2025, I finally got my report through a link on the 29th July 2025. That is 18 days later and I wasted 2 hours, with the e-mails, and my trip the Police. I went to the Police station to file a report to declare your organization a Fraud, but I did not, because I did receive the report. Please stop your false advertisement. The port Hope police station date stamp is 12th July 2025. So, there is a problem with your internal organization. Improve your internal process of handling the reports - do a process improvement chart and find out what went wrong. As a Canadian Vancouver based company, your operating efficiency is a disgrace and equal to a third world country performance.

I applied for a criminal record check and it's been over a week and I never got my report. They aren't replying to my emails either. They took my money very efficiently though. Mycrc.ca is a potentially fraudulant company. BEWARE

Extremely devious company, be careful while dealing with them. Many things not clear on their website, and customer service is atrocious. They operate in bad faith.
