After being ashamed and embarrassed by the situation I found myself in I knew I needed to reach out. It is the best thing I have ever done. Holly was amazing. Came into this thinking it would be extremely stressful and drawn out, but after a brief call with Shauna, she reassured me by talking me through the entire process/options available in detail. She was also super snappy at responding to messages when i had questions, and fitting in calls around my work schedule, which is always convenient. The team as a whole, and the people i had contact with were brilliant and made the whole process as stress free as possible, can’t fault them on anything. Highly recommend.
