I ordered two switches from this…

I ordered two switches from this company. one was faulty messaged company, made few phone calls no answer whatsoever. stay away. its run by crooks. with no customer service at all. lost one switch worth money. its few months now still there is no answer at all.be careful.

Awful customer service and disappointing product

I purchased some light switch timers and unfortunately for a variety of reasons was unable to use them. I tried to contact customer services multiple times via email and phone to investigate returning the three unopened switches with no luck. I had one generic response from "Oliver Rice" who didn't reply to the info I sent. Very disappointing product and very poor customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

Oliver rice in customer services provided excellent response to my query , identified the issue with my timer and provided the solution to the problem with free replacement part.
I like My Dome product,as it is easy to use and provide excellent option for lights timer without needing any electrical wiring etc.

Impressive Customer Service

Ten years ago I purchased a Light Switch Timer which has worked faultlessly. However, recently a small internal part failed and I emailed the support team. Under the lifetime guarantee, the part I needed was sent out straight away at no expense to me,and within minutes of recieving it the part was clicked into place and the the timer is now working again. 10 of out of 10 for Customer service. How customer service should be!!!

4 years after buying a pair of drive way sensors, a courier driver knocked one and snapped it off the bracket!
I contacted MyDome support and they sent me two new replacement brackets.
Excellent service.

Brilliant Product + Fantastic Customer Support - Wireless Driveway Alarm

Brilliant product, that resolves an issue caused by couriers dropping parcels on the doorstep, but not ringing the doorbell. Many hours later, if its not been stolen, you discover a wet parcel if its been raining. This clever device from mydome now lets us know that someone is approaching the house, via the compact and neat flashing and ringing plug-in hub. When fitting the first PIR Sensor, I encountered an issue with the nut securing the ball and socket joint on the bracket. An hour and twenty minutes after emailing mydome, received a response confirming that a replacement nut had been posted to me via Royal Mail 48 - what fantastic support! I suspect that we will be purchasing more products from this company.

MyDome Timer

I bought the myDome timer as a way of controlling my outside lighting. Watching the additional videos helped me to install the unit and programme it. Contact with company is fast and efficient reference queries. It would be great if the unit could switch individual ganged switches on and off at separate times. At the moment when it say single , double or triple ganged switches, they can only be switched on together. This is where I find the product marketing poor. One actuator can switch 1,2 or 3 switches on or off simultaneously

I am truly impressed with the product ( timer) after-sales…

I am truly impressed with after-sales support and correspondence. I had purchased a timer which worked well and as intended, but needed an insert to be fully functional. When contacted through their website, they responded above and beyond, not just resolving the issue. The correspondence was prompt and supportive. It's not often that you come across such companies and staff nowadays! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company and its products.

Final response came good - well done

No Response to emails or calls…….
I placed an order with them last night and at 8.10 this morning received an email saying my order was being shipped by royal mail 48 !!! I paid for next day guaranteed by 1pm. I paid for this service for a reason. I replied to their email, zero response. I have been calling them nearly every half hour until they respond. I think they have all gone to the pub because they are unable to answer the phone. I’m fuming with them for what they decided was ok and even more so because they don’t respond to my calls or my emails. What an incredibly poor customer service. I wish I had ordered the same product from Amazon with a free of charge delivery cost. They’re service is appalling, if I were you I’d keep well away.

Well I was contacted in response to my terrible review and my parcel arrived within the 48 hour window Royal Mail did good! Love the item ordered it’s a great product so well done we got there in the end. Thank you for refunding the extra charge for 1pm delivery too for my trouble

SCAM

I ordered something last week for 48 hour delivery but have not received my item . I have emailed the company a few times to chase this and have called over 10 times. No answer and and no delivery of item. I will now have to report this to my credit card company to recover the costs.

The company is a scam.

Replacement part

One of the internal parts of our light switch timer broke after many years of successful operation, contacted Customer Services regarding broken part and received a very pleasant reply from Oliver confirming they will send a replacement part using the lifetime guarantee, its 5 stars from me.
