We would like to clarify that the document provided was not simply a Word or PDF file. It was a verifiable flight reservation issued through a Global Distribution System (GDS) called Sabre, which is one of the most widely used airline reservation systems globally. Airlines, travel agencies, and visa embassies are familiar with Sabre’s ticketing format, as they use the same system for creating and verifying bookings.
The reservation provided included a valid PNR that can be verified through airline system. Many of our clients have successfully used the same formatted reservations for their visa applications, which resulted in their visas being approved without any issues.
If there were any specific requirements from the embassy, we would have been happy to assist further or provide an alternative format. Our goal is always to provide reliable and acceptable documents for visa applications.

I purchased a dummy ticket from…he ticket was 100% legit and accurate.
I purchased a dummy ticket from DummyTicket, and the experience was excellent. I used it for my flight from Bangkok to the UAE on 9 September 2025, and everything went perfectly — no issues at all when I showed it to the immigration officer.
Customer service was also great. I emailed them with a few questions, and they responded quickly and addressed everything I needed.
The ticket was 100% legit and accurate. I’ll definitely be using DummyTicket again soon for my Schengen visa application. Highly recommended!

I am disappointed with your service
I am disappointed with your service. My ticket, when searched, should have shown as confirmed, but instead it shows “on hold.” With this ticket, it is not possible to present it to the embassy, and my trust in your service has been affected.
I specifically requested a dummy ticket that should appear as an original ticket when searched, but automatically cancel after 24 hours. Other services, like Onward, provide this type of ticket with very good support.
Overall, your service has not been satisfactory, and I request you to resolve this issue promptly.

"Dummy ticket that should appear as an original ticket". The term dummy ticket and original ticket don't go together in one sentence. You don't pay AED 49 for a confirm original ticket.
When searching for a dummy ticket, you should first be aware what does the term dummy ticket mean. All dummy tickets are reservations only, which we have mentioned on our website and which we clarified by email as well.
Not a genuine reservation
I had a very disappointing experience with mydummytickets.ae. Their so-called “flight reservation” was not accepted at the VFS office, as it is not an authentic booking. The document only displayed my name and did not include any essential details such as passport number, email, phone number, or proper PNR or reservation codes.
This makes it completely unusable for visa applications, and I wasted both money and time. If you are applying for a visa, I strongly recommend avoiding this service and instead using a reliable provider that issues genuine, verifiable reservations.

I just checked, and the booking didn't last more than a week, even though I paid for 14 days, so that's clearly not an authentic reservation.
I would recommend trying other reliable services to avoid losing your valuable time and money and booking slots.

When the first ticket was not accepted at the embassy, we offered you a solution of making with another airline which will look genuine and get accepted, your reply came too late due to which you missed your appointment, that is not our fault.
Then at your next appointment, we adjusted the amount and made a booking with Emirates and printed from their website so it meets the Austrian embassy in Saudi criteria and we have done this for many customers whos applications got accepted. This booking had clearly mentioned your name, the PNR was mentioned in big font at the top. We are not sure as to why your application may have not been accepted as we don't know the situation of your other documents.
The reason for this review of yours is unjustified, because both the bookings that we provided to you had clearly mentioned your name, the route and the PNR's. You failed to notice the details in the booking and came here to blame it all on us, that's a failure on your part.
Your updated claim about the booking validity is also misleading. Flight reservations are controlled by airline systems, and unpaid bookings can sometimes be canceled earlier than expected. This is standard industry practice. In your case, you reached out to cancel the reservation after it was no longer of use to you, even though we could have reissued or extended it if informed earlier.

I've had a great experience with using the platform as well as contacting the support directly. I was in need of getting a custom itinerary that showed additional details that are not options on the website or FAQs.
Reached out to the support team, where they assisted in creating my custom itinerary and additional documents (additional costs of course, but doable) and they managed to get it through very quickly within 30min.
Highly recommend using this platform.

Never buy 14 days validity ticket form DUMMY TICKET
I have purchased dummy ticket for schengen visa with 14 days validity and paid of total AED 237 for 3 tickets. Initially first 2 days the tickets are active and can be verified on EMIRATES AIRLINES website. But after 2 days the itinerary can't be checked and we have paid AED 30 per person extra for 14 days validity.
They do not have any customer service channel except Email and they don't reply also. You can't find any office address location or direct call center of my dummy ticket website. Totally disguising.
