Review of My Easy Monogram
This review is about the company My Easy Monogram at MyEasyMonogram.com. Please, check their latest reviews in the Shopify app store they have a 2.8 star rating out of 5 for good reason. I've had personal experience with this company. At this time they are not fulfilling order (just as many of the reviews say and if you have to refund your customers for the order My Easy Monogram are not fulfilling, My Easy Monogram will not give your money back. At this point, they are just "legally" stealing money from merchants (shop owners) and will not fulfill orders to your customers. Please, stay far away from this company.
Multiple Shopify merchants including myself have had a similar experience...1) Either they won't fulfill at all to your customers even after over a month 2) You will be stuck having to refund your customers, but My Easy Monogram will keep the money you paid them and they will stop responding to you and just run off with your money...or 3) If by chance you are one of the lucky few and they ship your item you better hope there's NO ISSUES with shipping or wrong product being shipped, etc...(as has also happened to many) or again, they will disappear and stop responding to you or as one person says, you will get a constant "We're working on it," type of message, but nothing is ever done in any of these cases.
