Bait and switch, the product on the webpage isnt the same as the product they send.

Bought this product. Used it and felt absolutely no effects. Definitely scam. …now I’m seeing all these negative reviews that I wish I would’ve seen before purchasing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Terrible customer service. They charge a restocking fee even if you cancel immediately. I do believe this is all a scam. Do not order from this company.

Pretty bad experience . I don't think they are trustworthy company . I have order three bottles of the parasite cleaner and the only thing was cleaned was my wallet . They send me producte designed for kids ???? No clear "MAKER " was marked , no country of origin . I contacted them immediately , they offered refund but I had to go through some hoops of sending pictures of the product , picture of the returned receipts . Of course you are responsible for cost of the return which is close to $ 15 .00 , than you have to wait couple three weeks before they refund can be issued . They also deducted $15 .00 for restocking fees . Overall , this is the most crooked , deceitful company in existence . Stay away from them , they should be out of business long time ago. These practices are those of Third World Countries . What happened to you America ? One star , i couldn't leave ZERO stars

Absolute scam, signs you up to a hidden subscription and takes money out of your bank without telling you. Refuses to give money back, never sends product. The one product I did receive months later I peeled off all the shipping labels and it’s from China so god knows what’s in it!!!
Definitely do a charge back with your bank!

I did not notice any changes in my gut. It tasted like sugar water. The really bad thing is that they put me on an auto renewal without me knowing. I happened to catch an email before it was sent the 2nd time and was able to contact them to stop it. That is very deceptive.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This company is a complete scam...DON'T TRUST THEM!!! We received our order, but apparently we were signed up for a monthly subscription (when we explicitly unchecked that option when ordering). Returning items is an absolute joke....you pay for your own shipping, they charge a 'restocking fee', and we've had to jump through endless hoops just to get any kind of refund (asked for the tracking number then now asking for a picture of the receipt). This company is shady AF. They also only communicate through email and refuse to do phone calls. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

I’ve been waiting two months now for this garlic capsule. Two months! Never again.

I wish I had read reviews online first. This product took almost a month to arrive. The product came directly from China. No information about the ingredients and where it's manufactured. Unfortunately I bought 5 bottles (not cheap!) and would not trust giving any of my family this product. It's all going in the bin. Almost $90 down the drain for me.

I ordered from the company received product it says for children. I have been trying to no avail to return at first I just wanted the one that says adult, but they have been the worst. I decided I just want a refund. I got a notification that I have another order coming. I didn't subscribe. They tell me to said pictorial i seems a video and 2 pix and they telling send a Pic and I'm just done. I how they get close down for their bad business practice.

Received the order from a Chinese address even though their website states the product is made is USA. Products are not labelled with place of manufacture / origin which made me very skeptical. There is no contact number and there is nil email response when attempting to contact. Their website is a total sham including the fake reviews. This stuff is lolly water, not a parasite cleanse as they claim. I would NOT risk ever giving this to my children. I wish I had done more research and read the external site reviews. Buyer beware!!!

Pretty sure it’s a scam. I ordered products 8 months ago. The tracking app say products weren’t delivered. Customer service doesn’t email back.

I just received six bottles of a kids parasite cleanse that I never ordered and there is no way to contact them. They do not respond to emails.

Why is everyone saying you can't cancel subscription? I did. Ordered then canceled straight away, you need to read things properly and instead of getting angry and frustrated go to original email then go to website

EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS I HAVE RECIEVED ANOTHER BOTTLE AND CHARGED AGAIN $34.96!! I DID NOT ENROLL IN A SUBSCRIPTION! I ORDERED A SINGLE ORDER FOR 1 (ONE) BOTTLE!!

I did not order a second time. They are charging my account a second time for something I did not order!!! So mad!!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE
I ordered the Para Patrol parasite cleanser from ELLORA and initially had no issue with the product itself. However, their communication and customer service are unacceptable. After I canceled my subscription—confirmed by email—ELLORA processed and shipped another order two days later, charging my card without authorization.

When I reached out, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and declined to issue a refund, offering only store credit instead. This is not an acceptable business practice. Charging customers after cancellation and withholding refunds reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from ELLORA.
