Easy to operate the Zappi Glo system and the software is exceptionally good with live data available whenever you charge.

The Zappi glo is a good product , looks tidy and has good telephone support , you may be on hold a while but it’s worth the wait they will get you sorted .

I’m a bit of a technophobe and don’t always do well with new app based gadgets. I had a Zappi car charger installed for my new EV. The charger seems fine and is working as advertised. The app also seems straight forward and to date, I haven’t had any issues therefore I’m happy with the whole myenergi experience thus far.

Was not easy to get a registration code. My fingers were frozen standing outside it to find it. It wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth easily.

Overall a very good service and the product..Zapping E.V Point is for easy to use once youf engineer has explained everything to you snd you start using the Myenergi app.
So glad we've gone electric.

Takes a bit finnes to setup- not straight forward
Works like a dream once it’s all setup properly

I've installed a few for the company I work for and seen the demand so I installed one at my own house a few days ago and didn't have to use the heating for hot water but early days at the moment

The app is excellent and easy to use providing useful information on energy consumption

everthing is OK, the system is running exactly

This Zappi is a brilliant wall box.

I purchased it to replace my unreliable Hive wall box (fitted at considerable expense by British Gas in June 2022 and had been used lightly, as I'm a low mileage driver).

I prefer an untethered wall box and it's very smart, sturdy, and very user friendly - with a clear screen display. I plug in and simply follow the screen instructions and it connects - feels like a miracle after all the frustrations I've put up with from the temperamental Hive box. Highly recommended.

I feel it could be a bit more clearer regarding owners set up tbh , eventually found a step by step guide on YouTube which was brilliant

So far it charges the car however don’t fully understand how it works or if it is doing what it says it does. The installer literally said. “ we haven’t been trained in it’s functionality so can’t tell you much about the app or what each mode does “

It is impossible to contact the company by phone. I listened to music for ages, then forced to leave a message. They did try to call me from a Belfast number, but my phone cautioned that this was a scam number.
A rep Emma did contact me by email re Firmware update. I emailed all of the photos of the Zappi etc .
I still am unable to use my home Zappi without interruption.

Such a simple charger to set up and use

Shocking. No answer from technical support. Would not recommend it anyone

The firstclass service of Bailey Electrical, King's Lynn who fitted the device and instructed me in how to use it.
It is easy to use and can be controlled by the app or the device.
It is also secure and sits unobtrusively on the external wall of my garage.
