Just returned from a 3 day break to Paultons Park Peppa Pig world. 2 adults and 2 children with additional needs.
Excellent from boarding the coach to returning home. Excellent communication throughout, Terry kept us updated on timings and plans for the
trip with careful consideration and
planning to ensure everyone got the most out of the visit to Paultons Park. I have travelled with many other coach companies and Family Outing North East are by far the best.

Been on many trips with this company great to get the kids out when you don't drive family friendly and trustworthy

Absolutely Amazing day out with North east family outings! I didn’t catch the drivers name or the lady’s name who was the coach host. But the pair were extremely helpful! I had 2 young children with me and there were given colouring books and crayons to keep them busy on the journey. The lady would make sure every body was ok throughout the journey to. We will definitely be booking again with this company. They also offer FULL DAYS at theme parks from open to close.

Highly recommend My Family Outings NE! We've just returned from a day trip to Windermere from Hartlepool, 1 adult, 2 teens and 1 child. Clean spacious coach, toilet and drinks available on board. Films on each way, very comfortable and first class customer service. Thank you for a lovely, stress free day ☺️

Had a Great time at Flamingo land ,Grandchildren loved it ,been on quiet a few of there Day trips and overnight stays , Staff and Driver Always keep you informed on the journey .Fantastic Company we never book with anybody else but the Best .

Recent trip to Edinburgh zoo Lynsey and Liam both absolutely lovely and friendly. Went above and beyond to help. Really understandable when it came to dealing with disabilities. Hope these 2 individuals are giving the appreciation they both deserve.

Terry and the entire team, including the drivers, are exceptional. They are always willing to assist with any request, no matter the size. Having traveled with them both within the UK and internationally, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I eagerly anticipate many more journeys together.

Whole day was brilliant, everything was very well organized from booking to arriving back home. First trip we have had , won't be the last, would certainly recommend to anyone, young or old.

My daughter, grandson and I visited Yorkshire Wildlife Park with Family Outings. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The service provided by Family Outings was outstanding from the moment we were picked up at the designated time, to arriving home. We particularly enjoyed the on board hospitality service, dvd entertainment and the fact Terry, our host for the day, was very knowledgeable about the Wildlife Park and gave everyone valuable advice and information to ensure we had an exceptional visit. Well done Family Outings.

Why are you still telling lies? You have NOT continued to fully communicate with us YOU blocked us on everything so can’t communicate with you BEFORE the concert date. Again you do have to provide alternatives as per YOUR terms and conditions which we had to point out to you as you didn’t even know them. You made an offer then said not doing it anymore as we put an honest review on here (which is illegal) we couldn’t contact you to sort this as blocked. You DID go through our social media as how did you know my sons name to block him? That’s illegal too. Yesterday you told your insurance/legal team to ignore us as you are dealing with it now and to tell us you will be in contact that day we’ll surprise surprise no contact except on here yet again as you have no intention of sorting this. Over 8 months ago you said your insurance/legal team had told you not to communicate with us we had to write to them which we did last year letter was received but they ignored us when they made contact after second letter sent they said they have never heard of this case before so again you lied. We have done everything you said and you just burying your heads in the sand claiming on here we are lying yet we have all the evidence including chats, emails, comments and have proof we have sent you several emails over last 6 months all ignored so how have you fully communicated? You haven’t more lies. Will await you getting in contact with us in next few days to finally sort this or legal action we have all the evidence on our side I could mention all the other illegal actions too if you want the list is very long. You also can’t tell your insurance/legal team to ignore us as BY LAW as you have not resolved this within 8 weeks LEGALLY they have to step in so nice try but your wrong again. Let’s see what lies you come back with this time as evidence speaks for itself.

Well what can I say about this company, complete and utter joke. Had complaint going since September 2025 we were told to contact there insurance/legal team which we did and was ignored, sent another letter which was signed for last week giving 7 days to contact us before legal action. Finally they emailed and said they would speak to Family Outings North East regarding this to which they told the insurance/legal team to tell us they would deal with it 🤣😂😡. What!!!! Why didn’t they sort this in September? Why tell us to contact insurance/legal team? Said we would be contacted TODAY so far 7.38pm no contact so yet more lies. This is the final straw. We know you will be reading this Family Outings North East and try get this honest, factual review taken down so why not just get this sorted. Over 8 months and not even tried to resolve this instead just blocked on everything so can’t contact you that’s not the way to sort this and it’s not going away. Next steps are trading standards, small claims court and evening gazette to make sure no other family goes through what you have put us through the distress, upset and financial loss because of you and the disgusting way you have treated us as a family trawling through our social media to block family members who had nothing to do with you is disgusting and illegal as a company you are not allowed to do that amongst other illegal matters you have done too. Make contact and sort this out once and for all we are not going anywhere we will take this as far as we have to to get justice you need to learn you can’t treat people the way you have and ignoring them for over 8 months, we have done what you told us to do by contacting your legal/insurance company for you to just tell them to ignore us you will sort it. WELL DO IT THEN Monday 18th May 2026 11am is the final deadline before action taken.

Really friendly staff, nothing if too much trouble. Excellent service and really good value for money. Have been on several trips with them already and would definitely use them again. London mini breaks are excellent value and the optional coach journey into central London each day is really useful. Great company

Very clean and comfortable coaches. Always on time . Drivers always polite and family friendly. Brilliant choice of destinations and very reasonably priced.
Terry and his staff provide an excellent on board service and always on hand to help or give advice. Would highly recommend my family outings . Been on several trips and always had a wonderful experience.

Lots of choice and really fantastic prices website and booking so easy to use and only need a small deposit and balance due only 2 weeks before

We have been on many trips with Family Outings North East. We came by them by chance and took the decision to try them back in 2022 to Chessington World of Adventure and we haven't looked back.
Staff and drivers have always been friendly, professional and get to know you as people not just a number, which is why they stand out.
Great places to visit and plenty of time to explore when they say you get full days, you get full days.
We have already travelled with them this year with many more planned, I can't recommend this company enough.
Roll on the European Theme Park Trip I'm super excited, not sure mam is lol x

I absolutely love my trips with family outings. The staff have been warm, friendly and helpful on every trip I have been on. Great value for money too with long days at all destimations. Will definitely book again

If I could rate this company 0 I would, had a big problem with them months ago and they still haven’t done anything about it, got told to contact their insurance company who is also there legal team with all the details which I have done and also tried to contact Family Outings many many times to which they have blocked me on everything and think they have my emails too so they can get out of paying me anything back, went fully against their T&Cs and I had to point it out to them to which they still took a day to try rectify the problem, the attitude they have given me and my mam is disgusting and to block my brother also on social media (who may I add is a MINOR!) when he hadn’t even done anything is disgusting, I am sending one more letter to their “legal team”/ “insurance company” because I take this legally

Family Outings you have 7 days from when your legal team receive my letter (and I can see that cause it will be sent tracked yet again!) to respond to me before this goes to both Trading Standards and the Small claims court
