MY " TOY " COMPUTER HAD COME TO A STOP AND IN DESPARATION I WAS PUT INTOUCH WITH FAST PC. AS MUCH AS I HATE SPENDING MONEY ON THINGS LIKE COMPUTERS, IT IS A REQUIREMENT TO HAVE A FUNCTIONAL COMPUTER THESE DAYS AND THUS - THANKS FOR THE JOB WELL DONE OR AS WE SAY IN THE NAVY

Ryan helped me with my original question which was very important that I had contacted him about it because it was a scam. Because I had not had my computer "cleaned" Ryan suggested he do that for me and explained the reasons he made changes. He reassured me that I could call whenever I had a question. That makes me feel safe and cared for.

The gentlemen I dealt with on the phone were very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and solved any problems I was having.

Service was good.

Ryan and Sabrina were both very helpful.I do appreciate what they both did.The main thing being they both speak English.Thanks a lot ,Bob Ashby

I was talked too in the type of language that I could understand and pointed out what had caused the problem. The problem was of such that the computer needed to be cleaned up and the offer for your technician to do the job was given. I felt that I could trust the work done by them and was pleased the way they worked with me to do so. They also went through all of the work that they completed and explained why which gave me assurance that I was well taken care of. Thank You Nathan

I asked them to make my computer run faster. And it's not faster. The end.

My Fast PC personnel got me up and running real fast. They seemed to know what the were doing and removed some malware from my computer.
