Don’t waste your money on this company . Bad quality . Awful customer service. They are scammers , share this so somebody else won’t waste their money. Shame that google allows them to advertise. DONT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not but from my fluff friend, says uk and looked very good on website but when received the dog bed was not like the picture no padding, when I contacted them they offered me a 30% refund but I wanted full refund they said that’s find but will need to return it and they sent me address in china to return it, it would cost me more to return it then bed was worth, avoid don’t waste your money, they don’t even deserve 1 star

I ordered this bed at the end of Nov. around the 29th or 30th and did not receive it until Jan. 7th. It was NOT worth the wait! I was seriously questioning if I would ever receive it after watching no movement with shipping for literally weeks. Then, the product itself is very poor quality. I paid $179 for a flat pillow. My dog couldn't care less about it. I have gone to the Home Goods store and bought a Serta orthopedic bed for less than half the cost of this one and will now be doing that again. Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company. Worthless beds and you'll wait weeks and weeks to find out you wasted your precious money. This company needs to be done.

The quality is horrendous, the expansion is insufficient, the mattress is non-existent, and when I unpacked it my indoor air quality sensor went berserk. Also, it was not apparent that it came directly from China.

We were so excited about getting this bed for our pup... until it came. It states it's fluffy and thick and therapeutic. It came with the air suctioned out and was spose to expand after at least 24 hrs. It did expand but not much and the bottom had no stuffing so it's basically floor. The XL is quite small. We reached out and were told to let it expand ...it hardly did. We reached out again and we're then told we could send it back, at our expense! Being on a limited income that was not an option . Our pup rarely sleeps on it because it's like sleeping on the floor.

This product is a joke it is nothing like what they show on their website.
This bed is maybe worth $50 at best it has very little fill and doesn’t even use up close the empty space inside the actual bed.
The one they show on their website is definitely filled way more to make it look like it is very fluffy.
I’ve yet to find any dog bed worth buying they are all a joke.
Stay away from this company!

Product comes from CHINA, quality of the product is POOR. Returns process and refund is horrendous, customer service doesnt exist, returned my dog bed early October 2025 Ive still not had a refund, chase every few days, stardard reply, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND OUT OF POCKET IF YOU WANT A REFUND.

This was a complete disappointment. Took forever to get here, is poorly made, and was not assembled. We actually had to cut out the interior webs to make the inserts fit. It will last about a week before it goes in the trash.

I wish I had read the reviews on these guys before I made my Purchase. THE FLUFFY FIEND CO. would be a better description for these guys. I concur fully with all the one star reviews , very late arrival of product, dreadfull qualty, YOU pay for the return to China ? even though they are in the uk with no guarantee of a refund, and the constant emails from them pushing more product and saying how wonderfull they are. Their last email to me explaining their return policy had so many conditions it would probably cost me more money and grief than its worth and I do realise that is exactly how their business model is designed ie, we have your money now F off. The bed I purchased for my dog has gone in the black bin , I will mark this down to experience. PS. I see the bed I paid e79.95 for is now e 56.95 on there site. Eamon .

What a Crooked site. We ordered the large bed the one where their pics show (2) large dogs on it. What we got was only large enough for a cat. our baby is 29" from nose to tail and both ends are off the bed. What crooked dealings The refused to give me a refund unless I ship it back to China (at My expense) This would cost as much as the bed did.I would Highly recommend anyone to RUN from this company. Now isn't it a Shame that they Claim how much the Love and donate to the babies that We Do Love so much and they treat customers like this. Clyde Scurry

DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! THIS IS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. Very poor quality of the products and for what it is expensive. The dog pillows are not the quality presented on the photo: it is very thin, not enough filling. The parcel was one month on the way, as they send it with cheapest service.

I requested the return of the product and was asked to ship the parcel to China, for which they do not provide shipping label.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought two large dog beds from Myfluffyfriend.
When they arrived (it only took a few days) they were not the quality I had expected.
In my opinion, they were exceptionally poorly made with very little padding and support.
I was expecting a well-supported base, memory foam type, but it is in fact only a polyester type wadding.
I therefore wished to return immediately and I have sent three emails now, requesting returns details.
I do get friendly replies - basically saying wait a few days, the beds will become plumper over time, as they were vacuum packed for delivery.
I have waited, I have shaken the dog bed - and no, they are still saggy and lumpy.
I have explained this to the company and yet still I have not been given a return address.
However, whilst I await their reply, I have subsequently read T&C's on their website (wish I had done so before) and it does clearly state that returns are not to the UK despatch address and returns could be expensive and it is down to the purchaser to bear this cost.
I have further read here on Trustpilot, that people mention the return address is to China and other people have had the same experience as me - regarding the quality not living up to the expectations described on the website.
Very disappointing.

Ich habe bei MyFluffy ein Hunde Sofa gekauft , leider es hat und nicht gefallen , wollten wir es zurückschicken, wir wüssten es nicht dass die Ware nach China gesendet soll , kosten ca 50 € . Ich habe mit Anbieter kontaktiert, Sie haben mir eine Preisnachlass geboten, anstatt die zurück zu senden. Ich habe zwangsweise zugestimmt, aber Kommunikation zwischen MyFluffy und Klarna Bank funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Am Ende habe ich die gesamte Rechnung bezahlt, absolute Unverschämtheit und unseriös . Finger weg .

I received for £80 a dog bed.
Thought it was going to be foam base, sides, back.
Never seen anything so rubbish in my life.

We recently bought a second dog bed from here, we bought one previously from then about four years ago, the difference between them is unbelievable! the first one oozes quality nice and firm sides soft base but thick and comfy, velcro strips so you can remove the inside components for washing, lovely, The more recent purchase! well what a disappointment!!! totally different quality, cheap material, no firm sides almost flat centre, and most importantly unable to take apart to wash the internal components! you have to wash the whole bed in one go, very heavy when wet even after a 1200 spin cycle, I will definitely NOT buy another dog bed from them in future,

I ordered a bed for my puppy which is a german shephard . . I have been waiting on her bed for 3 weeks. Which is still not delivered. The company is sending me the wrong size also.. I odered a bed for my puppy from another company.So i want a refund from this company..Since i have no use for a small bed for a large dog

I ordered one item it came late ,but since then I have had 3 more larger amounts taken from my debit card.

I ordered one of the beds. It took 2 1/2 months to get. It is very flat with virtually no cushion for your pet from the ground. According to their website, they offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. I have sent 3 emails and have not heard back. Shoddy service and poor product.

Follow up review - despite a response from this company to my previous review saying they would finally make contact with us still the disgraceful lack of customer service continues! 5 emails now sent requesting a return - why a return cannot just be initiated is beyond me. Still no response - we're no further forward despite trying for the last 2 weeks to simply receive instructions on how to return an item to this company. Please avoid this company at all costs they are a disgrace!
