Great customer service, product good at good price

I had a great experience with Mygamingdirect as they shipped out my custom controller very quickly and the customer support was extremely helpful.
I would definitely recommend you to friends and family!

I ordered a ps5 pad of these guys and oh my. Used scuf. Aim etc. And this is hands down the best I've used. In terms of the grip. Feel and how responsive the mouse clicks are it's ridiculously good quality.. At a fraction of the cost too. Top quality communication on top of top quality products. You cannot beat that at all. Already recommended to a few friends. And will undoubtedly be using again. Thank you Ben.

- does not communicate to buyers
- lies about dispatch (states order before 5pm and they’ll dispatch same day). Also didn’t dispatch on their next day delivery as advertised either.
- never received the item at all.
- definitely uses fake reviews on eBay and trustpilot

Poor quality, were rude and unhelpful.

From placing my order the communication and delivery service was fantastic and quick, would definitely use again without question. Night and day compared to some other companies out there.

I recently bought one of there ps5 elite controllers and was very pleased with what I received, it looked exactly the same as what was advertised to me on Facebook. Will 100% be using these guys again.

I was looking into pro gaming controllers for my ps5 and found scuff massively overpriced but these guys have created the equivalent but at a much much more reasonable price.

I had a few issues with delivery (this was down to the courier and not My Gaming Direct) but despite the fact it wasn't their
problem they have chased everything up with the courier and sorted the whole situation out to ensure I got my controller so I'm overall very pleased with the service and i would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy gaming gear ☆☆☆☆☆

I purchased an Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller from Mygamingdirect to replace my series 1 elite controller which was getting worse for wear. Delivery time was spot on and the controller is exactly what I needed. Will definitely be using them again!

I recently bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller and am extremely happy with it. Performs better than expected and is comfortable to hold for longer periods of gaming. A definite upgrade from my standard Xbox One controller. Fast delivery and secure packaging.

Brought a PlayStation 5 Elite controller from these guys a week ago, absolutely flawless controller! The rear paddles have given me a FPS gain I need on warzone for sure, making sure I do not need to remove my thumbs to jump and reload ect! Would recommended to anyone that is looking for a controller like the Xbox elite for their PlayStation!
