My package was lost and they were so kind to send me the order again without any extra cost.

Tried to return bands given quality and quite frankly misleading branding, making consumers think they were genuine Garmin products. I paid for postage back to France and was returned to me “delivery refused by addressee”. Would not recommend buying from this company.

They took charge of my problem right away.
It was solve within an hour, without cost.
Very happy!

I ordered a few bands from Mygarminbands. One of my bands completely fell apart after a two wears and only 2 months after the original purchase. The customer service representative refused to replace it saying they were not sure how used it was despite pictures showing it was barely used.

Terrible customer and advertising service. They advertised that straps fit my Approach s50. Strap didn't fit and blamed me for ordering the wrong size. When they advertise the strap fits then I would expect it to fit.

Customer service is none existent. It appears as though there is a chat facility available but there no never a response. I received a faulty item which cost €45 and I cannot contact anyone fir a refund or replacement.

If I could post zero stars i would.
Absolute scam artists. Purchased a charger cable it worked twice, should have known when it was delivered in temu packaging.
Beware and stay clear .

Don't be fooled by the name of this company. Thought we were buying a genuine charger for my garmin watch (especially as the price was much much higher than generic charger brands for this watch) but it stopped working with 6 weeks. As it is over a month the company don't care and have only offered a 20% discount on a replacement. Fool me once, shame on me! Fool me twice - I don't think so! Keep clear and purchase elsewhere.

8 weeks and s haven't received product. Get told one more week every time I ask.

Bought a leather strap and it keeps coming off - the strap does not attach to the watch properly. I complained and they said that because it outside 14 days, they can’t process a return! Basically, they also know that their straps can’t last more than 14 days! Shocking product.

Do not purchase, Almost 4 weeks wait. buy from anywhere other then them

Delivered 4 weeks late - all wrong colours and styles. Worst business - surely gets shut down soon

Scam website. Take your order then don't ship and refuse to refund. Stay away!

Bought a band as a christmas present. Leather.
2 months later the leather ripped.
Asked for a replacement, was told they could not judge the condition and it was wear and tear.
Replied asking them to reconsider. heard nothing back. Probably should have checked hear first.

I ordered a band from them >2 weeks ago. They said there was a stock issue to start with. Then I was assured that it would be dispatched a week ago.
I have heard nothing, no tracking information.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.
I wish I’d have searched them on trust pilot first.

Update now the 15/04 with no band, still ‘awaiting restocking’ however you can still buy them online.

Bands do not fight correctly to watch keep falling off if wrist bent or under pressure do not buy
