Our experience with My Guardian Aged Care and Disability Support has been truly wonderful. From day one, the care and compassion shown to my mum have stood out, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they support.

Every carer who has visited has been kind, respectful, and attentive. Mum has formed such lovely connections with them, which gives us great peace of mind knowing she feels comfortable and happy in their care.

Diana, our case worker, has been an incredible support—always approachable, understanding, and proactive in making sure everything is running smoothly. Elie also deserves a big thank you for the way he coordinates everything so efficiently behind the scenes, making the whole process feel effortless for us.

The biggest difference has been in my mum herself—she’s brighter, more engaged, and genuinely looks forward to her visits each week, which means the world to us.

I would highly recommend My Guardian to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care for their loved ones.

I am glad that I selected myGuardian as my Aged Care provider, having considered many others. In my experience the staff are easy to contact, interact and communicate with. They are courteous, helpful and responsive to my changing care needs. The qualified staff are accommodating and provide me with quality care and services. In addition, the services provided are monitored by Diana, my Case Manager to ensure that my care needs are being met. I am also confident that I can approach and seek help from her if I am dissatisfied with any aspect of service. I am very appreciative and thankful for the care and help provided to me by the various staff who help me to live independently. I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending myGuardian to anyone who is seeking a good age care provider.

No Fakeness in anybody.. professional in all ways ..Its more then a job they really treat you with respect where most providers dont! Its the best provider and I give them 101% I wouldnt want anybody else.. This doesn't sound like what most people will say but I am one of the lucky people who can say I am happy in my job! Yes. 19years in the care industry. Care Worker. That's me. I would not be here though, if not for my 'back up'. I write this post to thank My Guardian for their excellent work that they have been doing in helping many in the community, my client's and others and even our CEO and his family helping with charity work behind the scene! What they have done has touched me deeply, Their empathy and compassion. I want to thank them for letting me be part of the team and for giving me the continued opportunity to give my best to others. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and support provided by My Guardian Aged and Disability Care. From the moment we engaged their services, we were impressed by their professionalism and dedication.

The team at My Guardian truly goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of their clients. They have been incredibly responsive to our needs, providing personalized care that has made a significant difference in our lives. Their caregivers are not only highly skilled but also compassionate, treating my loved one with dignity and respect at all times.

The support workers who come and assist my 10 year old autistic boys are so compassionate and nurturing towards him. He is always happy to know when they are coming to work with him.
As a parent of a child with limited language, it is hard to trust anyone to care for your child with needs.
My Guardian has truly settled my anxiety when it comes to assisting my boy and the workers really are guardian angels when caring for him.

The staff at My Guardian are always friendly and professional, and do a good job of accommodating me with the services that I require. The one area that I think could be improved relates to staff contact. It would be nice to be connected with the person that I need to speak with when I call, however most times they have been unavailable and this then results in multiple call backs and message taking, and can span over a couple of days. Nevertheless, I am happy with My Guardian as my choice in aged care provider.

I have just changed from my previous provider to My Guardian , after doing quite a bit of research about providers. The change was smooth and I’m very happy with my choice. From the first interview telling me about My Guardian’s policy and charges , to subsequent contact ,I found them very approachable,efficient and helpful. I highly recommend My Guardian.
