I did a little research before I signed and most was a green light. Within 3 years it was all good, until they started acting weird. HappyNest put the website/app on pause for maintenance/ remodeling purposes. It’s been about 5 - 7 years and they’re still working on the website. In between that time I requested a distribution of my funds to be allocated to my bank link to HappyNest. They always said we’ll bring the request to withdraw money in the next meeting. Now it’s going on a decade now.

Scam, simple as that.

This is a scam. They take your money and stop responding. They stop providing updates. The program has been in limbo for years. The company voted December 2025 to terminate the investment portion but didn't bother to notify members. You can find the public document online.

They froze deposits and my money I initially just invested is “stuck.”

I requested a review to cash out my “shares” which was months out. That passes months ago and support seems to be on permanent vacation or ignoring me.

Refuse to pay me a dividend for over 16 months and also refuse to give me my money back. This is 100% a scam!!! They are a ponzi scheme at best and a straight up theft ring at worst.

I've been invested for 6 months only like 60 bucks but still... I request money back in August and they said something bout Sept 30. So Its now October and I sent customer service message and they send me a link bout plan repurchase something, but it says they pretty much have no experience investing and have no money into this so its not their fault if they lose your money because you the dumbass who gave it to them without reading the fine print.... This includes me... Not happy to admit but that's why you read the fine print people.
