I was very impressed with the way that my initial enquiry was handled, and astounded that the confirmation e-mail stated:

"Here at MYHOME, we GUARANTEE your home will be cleaned to the highest standards … and we make you this promise… We get it right … or we do it again. FREE!

If for any reason you’re not DELIGHTED with the work completed for you, we’ll come back and do it again completely free of charge.
Should you make any complaint about our service or standards that is not investigated within 72 hours … you’ll receive a full refund."

The two cleaners were here for three and a half hours and worked without a single break - and no time spent on their mobiles either!
The carpet cleaner arrived shortly afterwards and - amazingly - did not complain that he had to move heavy furniture which I (a pensioner) was incapable of moving.

Personal service, no misunderstandings about what is required, and professional, helpful employees. No hesitation in recommending them - and I have.

Vi havde ellers besluttet os for aldrig at handle i myhome igen pga den tidligere ejer, men godt der er kommet ny 😊

Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen hvis vi skal have flere møbler, for at handle med Jonas.

Just came home from our family holiday to find that the Myhome team had been in and as usual have done a perfect job. I have forgotten to cancel them before I went and am glad I did. There is nothing better than getting back from the airport in the early ours to find your home immaculately clean and a place of sanctuary. Thanks to the MYHOME team.

Har i over en uge kikket på møbler i My Home Høje Gladsaxe har været der 4 dage i træk mødt med et spil hver gang og de har givet mig den bedste service hver dag nu har jeg købt mine møbler og ikke i tvivl handler der igen og kan kun anbefale andre at Handle i Høje Gladsaxe den forretning hvor personalet har overskud med et smil og god service

MyHome were recommended to me by a fellow Landlord, and we tried them on a one-off, part deep clean in N1 London. I was expecting may be one cleaner, but a team of four turned up, with a start and finish supervisor. The team did an extremely professional job, and with good equipment and co-ordination. The whole experience was top rate from booking to completion, and the tenants are happy. Recommended.

Really Delighted with my super myhome ladies. I just started using myhome in my N16 home in June and have been delighted with how they go about their jobs. They are always happy and helpful. They are a little more expensive but I would still recommend and have done!

Nice company to deal with. Office super accommodating and go the extra mile regardless of when things go well or not so well. First company I have ever recommended.

Really happy with my tenancy clean, as was my landlady. It cost more than i paid elsewhere but you could see the difference. Would highly recommend if you want your deposit back in full.

We have been using myhome for a number of years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of their services is exceptional, they are extremely efficient and reliable and are generally a pleasure to deal with.
