The team at My Home Deal have been superb! Lucky for me I came across Sean when I had just viewed a property and was prepared to pay the asking price. It was an 'offers over situation' and I laid out I would pay the price but didn't want to go to anything over. He compiled a report for me about the property and local sales data, then handled the negotiations and managed to secure me a sale £25,000 below that offers over price. I would never have believed it possible and wouldn't have even started negotiations myself at that price. He handled all the negotiations on my behalf which took a lot of added pressure out of the equation and kept in touch with me every step of the way. It was like having Phil Spencer from location location location working for you! He really understands the property market and is worth his weight in gold. I have recommended him to several people and they too have been delighted.

Sean is an expert in this field and has been helpful in the whole processing of buying a house. He made the buying process process easy and stress-free by going through 27 properties that I viewed.

Irrespective of the number of properties that you view, he is always patient in collecting relevant market details of each property that you view and give you the right estimation of the property.

He saved £16,500 off the asking price in one case, but due to a delay from my side in submitting a relevant document to the estate agent, I missed the oppertunity to secure that particular property.

I don't normally leave reviews but had to on this occasion due to the fantastic work done by My Home Deal. Sean was very on the ball and kept me in the loop all throughout the process. In less than 6 hours Sean was able to run me through the process, look into my purchase and negotiate with the estate agent a saving of £10,000 off the asking price. Absolutely brilliant!

Very disappointed with the service. Said they would negotiate in my name for the property I really wanted, did not even bother to inform me that the negotiation was not successful. I had been waiting for nearly a week for some feedback, then go onto the estate agents' website to find out the property has been sold! And there is me sitting for a week waiting and hoping for the best! It doesn't take long just to send an email to say the negotiation wasn't successful, does it? Do not recommend at all

Couldn't be happier with our service with My Home Deal! Me and my partner are both first time buyers weren't very confident with the whole process of purchasing a house and asking for them to drop the price. My Home Deal did all of that hard part though and advised us how it would all play out and it unfolded exactly how they said, they saved us 10k on our new build property!
