I have been with My Home Staff for many years, they are an exceptional agency who really cares! The whole team are incredibly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this agency to take care of you whether you are looking for a new member of staff or you are looking for a new job.

I had such a lovely experience with My Home Staff. The whole team was really kind, helpful, and professional. They quickly found me a great job that suits me perfectly and always made me feel supported throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. I interviewed, trialed and agreed to go ahead with the first person they showed me. The agreed start date was delayed by a month but I decided to wait as I liked the lady.

They asked for the commission prior to her starting a day before she was due to start I was told that she is continuing with her employers and no longer available. They are now refusing to return their commission payment of £8,100 for services that were never rendered.

Be careful when paying any commission to them.

I applied for 4 jobs over 2 months period no one ever responded . Via gumtree or the email their provided . I am not even sure if these agency is a real agency but what they do the best is ignore people
