I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

We ordered a clothing set and paid £50. First of all we didn't received a confirmation or receipt.

1 month later still nothing, emailed the company and got nothing back. So luckily we paid off our credit card and we will ask them to cancel and investigate the issue.

NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE. BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE.

Avoid! Wish I looked at the reviews before buying, took ages - feels cheap - sent the wrong colour just dreadful - I’ve stated a pay pal case to try and get my money back

Advertises cotton but is in actuality 100% polyester.
Shipping took a while. Seems to be straight from the factory in China. Do yourself and the world a favor, do not buy this garbage.

Paid for express shipping which said 4-8 days. It’s been 15 days, no delivery and no information on when I might get my order. They don’t have a customer support number so you’re left to send them a message on the site, which they don’t seem to respond to. Do not order from this site.

Dont fall for it boiiiisss, im your saving grace here..... these are just stairght up drop shipped from TEMU, £15-£20 per set so if you want them just get them there.... by the sounds of things you'll get better aftersale service too. If thr check the videos they have posted under their two piece sets they are legitimately thr exact products from TEMU, they havent even bothered to put their "huggy" patches over the originals.

Ordered 3 sets in April and did not receive any shipping information or replies (emailed multiple times and messaged them on instagram) to get it sorted until a month later when they said my email went to their junk. Around 18 days later, it finally got delivered and i was excited to receive it until i opened the plastic packaging and saw how cheap and thin the materials used were. Definitely not worth the ~£40 for each set. They came unbranded and with huge Made in China tags. The printed tags say "Classic, Wear, Best, Style 1979" and would be something you'd find in a night market in Asia for a fraction of the price. Will not buy again!

Quality and after-sales service are very poor!

After receiving the delivered goods, we noticed that the product had come undone at the seams in two places.
When I reported this issue and sent photos, I was offered a 15% refund (€8).
I did not agree, as that amount isn’t nearly enough to pay a seamstress to fix two seams.
The second offer was 30% (€16), but I still didn’t agree, because I can’t find anyone willing to fix two seams for that amount.
The trust in the product’s quality is completely gone.
What will happen if I put it in the washing machine—how many more seams will come undone?

I then asked for a full refund by invoking their 30-day return policy.
I was sent a return address in Brazil, which means that returning the package would cost more than the product itself.
These are dishonest practices, and people should definitely be cautious before purchasing this poor-quality item!

P.S. This hoodie is listed on other websites for less than half the price, so that makes it a scam twice over!
