The prescriber responded to all my questions in a timely manner and my package was delivered very quickly.

All online human interactions were superb. All deliveries arrived on time and were easily changed when I requested to move the delivery date. The only issues I have had so far is Juniper App glitches. They are minor and I have yet to report them. Although because I am paying for access I deducted one star from my review. I would expect the isssues to be fixed once I report them ofcourse.

I have a great coach... i have a lot of people behind me when i had a problem
or question i just emailed and i get a response. There so supportive and easy and non judgemental. i like how you down load app then u can see everything... long your meals talk to your coach and it even lets you log when u take your shot . i was so impressed and it making do my best because of it

I highly recommend Juniper to anyone struggling to lose weight. For myself, I was always that girl who could eat anything she wanted, all the time, while being able to maintain my weight of 125-130 lbs. Then....along came menopause at age 42.
