I bought an original Acer replacement charger for my Helios 300 from mylaptopspares, the charger I received was in the original sealed Acer branded box. The charger is brand new and genuine and works perfectly

I got an excellent guidance for placing…
I got an excellent guidance for placing the order for the appropriate spare of battery for my Inspiron Laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop stopped recognising any battery including my existing one. So, I had to return it, and the firm promptly arranged return pick up and effected refund within a day of the item returned reaching the firm. I appreciate the technical guidance given by Mr. Vivek while trying to solve my battery problem. It is just my bad luck that my laptop developed a problem that it stopped recognising any battery placed in it.

Lapgrade battery for Acer Aspire one 14 Z1402 Series-18650-00-01-3S1P-0
The battery is ok and discharging well giving enough back up. The packaging was very good. The battery was 3 years old and hence I feel cells must have lost part of their life but battery was totally unused. The order was dispatched after 7 days of placing the order.

This happened mainly due to the weekend and Holi as your order was received on Sat evening. Even after Holi, the courier services were a little disturbed. Also, the battery is only transported by surface only. We will surely try to improve our delivery time. About the battery, it is a brand new battery and covered by a 12-month warranty.
