Haveing no representatives to actually…

Haveing no representatives to actually ring and talk to and ask about orders is frustrating, as everything is done through email,then you have to wait days for anyone to get back to you,not to mention having to wait ages for your orders to be delivered ,even though it had been paid off nearly a month beforehand

Have paid of my vouchers for Christmas

Have paid of my vouchers for Christmas, never missed a payment. Delivery date came and went. Numerous emails sent. Was told I would have them buy the end of day Friday 1st December 2023.... Nothing. Have emailed again and waiting for response. I have delt with this company in the past and never an issue. The are digital vouchers, I don't get it. Where are my vouchers?

Update: 04.12.2023 - Vouchers have arrived, was informed via email there were to many vouchers to be triggered?

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I have ordered from Mylayby in the past with no problem. However this year has been an absolute joke and want to warn people of this company! Paid my fridge off months ago and was meant to receive it in September item didn’t show up so I emailed to see what was going on, they told me their was a delay and I would have to wait a further two weeks. Two weeks go by and still no delivery. Contacted them again only to be told they don’t know when they will have the item in stock so I opted for a refund. Two weeks later and I still have not received my refund. Over $1500! Disgusting! As of tomorrow I am contacting NCAT, fair trading, consumer affairs and A current affair to have this company exposed.

They’ll never miss taking a payment…

They’ll never miss taking a payment from you. When you’ve finished paying for your order, they’ll send you “we’re working on getting your order to you email” but never hear from them again. I sent an email 7 days ago as that is when my order was due to arrive. No communication and no ordered items

Weird that they spend more time replying to negative feedback but still no products nor emails 🤣 what a scam

Been over a month since paid item off.

Been over a month since paid item off.. a number of emails have been sent asking what was going on and where it was.. but hear nothing back

#edit day after this was posted Mylayby contacted me and between the courier saying they hadn't received item and Mylayby saying had sent it...today 20/11/23 item turns up and lucky someone was home there was no notification from couriers please to say it was arriving so giving mylayby 2 stars they need to get themselves sorted out and a courier that knows where its items are !!!!

I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding my order that was paid off last month and never received and sent many emails to them I am now going to consumer affairs about them

Very disappointing …

I used this company for years and could not complain at all, but that's no longer the case there is just no customer service any longer you have to email and wait for a reply which is days doesn't help when I have vouchers that were meant to be activated and are not so cannot shop. Common My layby lift your game your losing many customers!!!! Here's a hint Laybyland, same company.. Also seems has the exact same reply to everyone!!

All correspondence via email only

ordered gift cards and have emailed several times as to where is my order with no response from my layby! All I get back is a automated message saying they'll get back to me. Still have no received my order and still no reply! It’s gone down hill since they only do correspondence via email now. With no phone number to call and actually speck to someone makes it not trustworthy

Poor Communication

Absolute sham of a company. No idea what has happened over the last couple of months they used to be quite good. I have spent over $1,000 on layby items. Some of which have been fully paid out. No communication, no delivery of items after waiting 6+ weeks now. No answer to emails, no ability to phone them. Have reported them to Consumer Protection.

Do not use Mylayby

Do not use Mylayby! Once I had paid off it took months to receive. They didn't have an item in stock so I was to be refunded- Still waiting! Now they are ignoring my emails!

Paid off items to be told a month later…

Paid off items to be told a month later they don’t have in stock despite still advertising exact items. Paid items off in July and still waiting for a refund months later. Constant emails with no replies. Unfortunately I still have items I am paying off since early this year. Disappointing service.

Not as good as it appears

I ordered an item that was showing as being in stock. After I had fully paid for the item I received an email saying delivery was delayed. Eventually another email saying the product was not available? My understanding is once you start a layby the time is to be set aside?
I again checked the website and it was still showing as being available.
I have asked for a refund twice with no update.

I used this service for many years

I used this service for many years. A lot of times products ordered were not available when I finished paying!! They don’t tell you anything you are the one who has to ring edit be told lies. Your apology means nothing because it is a regular occurrence m. You happily grab money but when it comes to stump up goods you get crickets!! Nothing
Then if you cancel a layby because by this time you are totally fed up they charge you 10% of the goods purchase price!! However if they don’t provide the goods in good faith they try give you a lousy $10!! So if your order was $1000 they charge you $100 for cancellation however if they don’t supply the goods they give you nothing most of the time or if you kick snd scream $10. What an absolute joke of a company.
I am not sure really how you are still in business the way you treat people. You robbed me one last time, but so glad you are out of my life.
