I don’t buy from this company
I brought two heart shaped drinks glasses. I’m disappointed that the opening of the glasses are too small and very delicate and thin.

We’re sorry to hear the glasses were not what you expected. The heart-shaped design has a deliberately narrow opening, which is why each glass is supplied with a reusable straw for drinking. They are also designed to have a fine, delicate feel rather than a heavier, thicker glass feel.
We appreciate that this style will not be to everyone’s preference, and we are sorry it did not suit you.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order.
When you contacted us, we asked for a photo of the item received so that we could investigate the missing chain and arrange a return, replacement or refund where appropriate. The matter was also reviewed through PayPal.
Unfortunately, without a photo of the item, we were unable to proceed further. We are sorry that this was frustrating.
