I commissioned Myli to do a personalised pet portrait for a gift. The service was swift and my order was dealt with professionally. I had no problems with the online ordering system and delivery was good. My friend was delighted with her gift - she couldn’t believe how well her dog’s character was captured in the artwork.

My portrait of my puppy is absolutely beautiful and pride of place above my mantelpiece! The whole process was flawless with Eleanor keeping me updated throughout ! I also ordered a print for my mum and wasn’t quite sure about the background colour I chose and she was more than happy to Put a few choices together until I was completely happy! Can’t recommend enough!! :)

Above and beyond
Loved the illustration from the moment we saw it. We had some initial problems with the delivery side of things upon receipt which unfortunately left partial damage to the finished product. This was in no way the fault of Myli.Art and Eleanor was quick to respond and went above and beyond to resolve the situation
We now have a beautiful and one of a kind illustration of our beautiful pup. He finally has a spot on the wall with the family

Jenny, didn't we just have a drama with that postage - never mind, we were not going to be beaten! So pleased with how Moss turned out - I for one certainly have a soft spot for this illustration.

Wow! Where to start!? Super helpful from start to finish and what a product! Absolutely thrilled with my pet portraits, thank you. The images are amazing (what a talented lady Eleanor is) and the character of my pets was captured perfectly. The process of ordering was very efficient and the turnaround time was impressive. I cannot thank nor recommend Myli Art enough.

Becky, your boys are so handsome! Such a treat to illustrate. So pleased you love their portraits as much as I do - I think I'm going to have to add those background colours to my options in time for my website, cannot get enough of that mustard yellow on the Morgan illustration.
