Toen de Mylky binnenkwam, ging ik meteen aan de slag om oatmilk te maken. De eerste zelfgemaakte melk was snel klaar. Trots op de smaak en duurzaamheid en dat ik het zelfgemaakt heb. Ik vindt het ook nog eens een mooi, degelijk en stijlvol apparaat.

Really bad company to deal with. It’s essentially a pyramid scheme which can’t deliver the advertised product. Was promised a refund but never got it and the machine that arrived was not fit for purpose (cheap) and opened possibly a return.
I returned the item and raised a dispute with the bank.

TOTAL SCAM
I would give them a 0 of there was an option.
I have been in dispute for ages. Had a delivery that was a cheap milk brother instead of the actual 140 pound milk making machine.
Made various messages via email and various broken promises of sending the item and refunds and now their email address that I was using in not working.

Received a spoon in my tracked package. They responded to my email & said my milk maker & bottle were on their way which is a scam. Never received it & they stopped responding to my emails. Do not purchase from them.

Not sure what happened as the machine was around £150 and had amazing reviews fast forward to last month selling them for £29, only checked reviews after and have not received any order and no response to emails when they were previously messaging me daily to buy! Got money back through my bank

I ordered this item on the 4/9/25 the only item I have received is the free spoon. I have contacted them via e mail several times through my pay pal account and have had no correspondence from them.
Thankfully I paid with pay pal who are no looking into this for me.

Stay clear - they are a con.

I paid £83 for machine. No machine just ‘free’ the spoon sent as per other people have mentioned.

Sent over 20 emails - no communication. Then one email saying I will get refund but the refund never came either.

Over a month of emails to them. No customer service.

Contacted bank for refund.

SCAM!!! Machine never arrived, no communication, emails ignored! Thieves!

I ordered a Mylk nut machine at a bargain price (should have known better) with a free spoon. I have today a week after my order received my free spoon via Royal Mail 48 hour recorded delivery and what a surprise no sign of the machine?! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Stay clear if it sounds too good to be true it is!

Ordered on 1st July. A month went by with no order so i messaged them and they apologised and said the order will be sent shortly. Left it another 2 weeks and was fed up of waiting so i conracted my bank for a refund. My bank contacted Mylk and coincidently i was sent a £10 whisk with the same tracking number so it looked like they had sent me the Mylk machine! I sent my bank a picture of the tiny parcel which was delivered as proof that it wasnt the mylk machine and luckily got my money back! Do not order. You do not get sent the machine!

SCAM. Whole website and everything on it is fake, price, brand, machine, policies and false promises, all a gimmick to force you to pay three to ten times the money for a falsely advertised product they have covered with their own sticker. Only guarantee is that they will rip you off.

My Mylk machine stopped working the month the guarantee ran out . I wrote to the company but they never got back to me. Very disappointed with their service. I wouldn’t use this company again.

I loved my mylk machine and wanted to give my daughter one for her birthday so I placed the order in the same link that I ordered mine and we waited and we waited finally a machine was delivered from Europe With European electronics European plug I contacted them and said I want to send this back my daughter is very unhappy and so she's bought a blender that does the same thing we don't need it
We don't want a European machine. Their response was to send me another machine Now I have a machine that I can't use in America and an extra machine because I told them my daughter already replaced it and found with something else,

I repeatedly asked them to send me a label to return them and they kept telling me I have to pay for the shipping myself even though they sent me something I never ordered, I did not order a European machine, And I never ordered the second machine They absolutely refuse to pay for my return shipping
In order to get part of my money back I went to ship it back and guess where they want me to ship it?

They want me to pay for shipping on 2 units to Italy!!!!! I don't know how much that is yet But it's got to be more than the damn units cost me. and it took so long to get to this point to finally realize Are just ripping me off that it's too late for me to cancel the credit card transaction

well obviously this is how they sell units they cheat people and rip them off which is very unfortunate because it actually is a good unit the one I have is great but you can do this with a blender-- my daughter got some fancy blender and she's very happy she can use it for all the blending and for the milk machine

So I highly recommend you never ever deal with this company and I'm so sorry because I love my walnut milk every morning but these people are total scammers Send it back to Italy, my ass

Machine worked for 6 months, then started to trip the fuses. Several attempts to contact customer services have been ignored.
However, if I go to their website and add an order to my basket, I get several prompts to complete purchase, so they must still be operating.

My machine got broken 6month after I bought it. It got water leaking as some other people said. The customer support NEVER send you the reply. I tried to reach them so many times. Even I commented on their instagram post, and they just deleted it. Such a scammer.

I placed an order for the machine on their website and recieved a receipt of payment, but was not given any shipping/delivery information. After reaching out 2 weeks later, I was told that they were waiting on the updated model and were expecting it any day. After a month, I reached out again and was told the same thing. Then after 1.5 months I had to ask again and was promolised it would ship in 10 days. That time frame came and went so I expressed that if I wasn't given a tracking number, then I'd just like to cancel. I was told 2 more times that they promised it was ready and would ship soon, but I just asked for a refund. That is when they quit responding and I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. However, the whole time, they had no problem sending promotional emails 🙄

I left a 5 star review a couple of weeks ago as I was so delighted with my Mylk machine.

But last week it stopped working. It was leaking and tripping the electrics when I turned it on.

It was only in use for 4 weeks and when I tried to contact Mylk to let them know and request a new machine, I received no response. I have emailed several times and filled in the contact form on the website but have received nothing back 😢

On 3rd January 2025 I ordered the following from you:

I paid the full amount of £100.80 by debit card.

The reference number for my order was 8234.

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 14th January 2025, but at present, I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline breaches the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible. If you do not, I will expect a full refund.

dreadful customer service and company. I ordered the machine in January 2025 and did not receive it nor did I get a refund from them. They ignored all my emails and letters and did not provide a telephone number to speak to them. They do not even have a complaints department. I thought I had lost my payment of £100.80 however, my BARCLAYS debit card reimbursed me in full. No thanks to Trymylk I am no longer out of pocket! AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

This machine doesn’t work at all. IT IS BULLSHIT.

Do not buy from this company if you live outside of Italy cost me a lot of money to send this machine back with insurance. The machine isn't any different from the 50$ one on Amazon. They function the same with 3 time the price and they not keep their 90 days money back guarantee... You have to send it back and pay all fee. That's ridiculous.
