This was my first order and I am delighted. The items (fulgurite and Cumbrian flourite) were exactly as shown on the website. They were extremely well packaged and arrived very quickly. Happy to order from this company again.

The stones are genuine and that's the main thing I care about, with so many companies or etsy sellers trying to pass off glass etc. as legit gems. If you see a massive gemstone on etsy selling for next to nothing, and you see they have like hundreds in stock somehow, be very skeptical. With mylostgems I can at least be sure that what I'm purchasing is legit.

No company is having a great time with delivery strikes, but it is absolutely not their fault.
I ordered end of November and received my parcel this morning. Slightly smaller than I expected but still a really cool present and can’t wait to gift it. Will definitely be buying more in the future!
Not a scam at all from my experience, just really unfortunate timing with strikes/ Christmas.

I bought a dinosaur tooth and after waiting for almost two weeks, I received an empty box. Complete disappointment, being it a Christmas present.
I contacted the company and they sent me another one by FedEx, which arrived in a couple of days.
Really pleased with the company and with the item. I much appreciated it.

Paid nearly £70 for a piece of amber as a Christmas present for my son which hasn't arrived. They refuse to deal with it or refund. When buying an item of this value I expect better. Better (fully trackable) postage service to be chosen. Better customer service. Absolute scam!

Never again!! My parcel was missing for 2 weeks without any information or tracking number and after that I got the email that parcel was delivered but I still didn't receive anything... no refund option aswell.

Don’t know what the negative reviews below are all about, I’ve had nothing but good dealings with MyLostGems. All the items I’ve bought from them have been the exact ones shown in the image, unless it says ‘may differ to photo’ which is clearly visible. Sizes of items are stated and photos show a 1cm cube next to the item for scale. I guess some people have problems comprehending size and scale of an item even when it’s clearly stated and shown how small/large an item is! You’re not going to get a giant Grade A Amethyst cluster for a few quid you know! Items are also the real deal. Tested a few of the items I’ve bought and they are 100% genuine. Postage costs are completely reasonable, spend £30 or more and it’s free anyway. I also like their rewards system. Earn points for buying and reviewing items which can then be redeemed on future orders. Great company and quality items and my main go to site for buying crystals and minerals.

Item arrived damaged, postage was fierce expensive and then received threatening letters from fedex saying I owed them money from this transaction with mylostgems. This company couldn’t help or tell me what the payment was for, they ignored emails. Honestly not worth the hassle, scam company.

I've had many crystals from these and they have all been the exact one I've ordered. Fast delivery and comes with a certificate of authentication. Honestly such beautiful pieces and I would recommend this company to all my crystal loving witches & friends ❤

Crystal was 1/3rd of the size of what was shown. The images on the website show geode peices around 5cm in width and height, they almost look like half geodes.
The tiny peice I was sent was badly damaged!! A third of the crystal points were missing, the middle third are loose and the back is cracked and loose.
If I knew what I would be getting I wouldn't pay £1 let alone £9. It may have said 25mm to 55mm but come on!! I absolutely did not get my money's worth here.

I ordered a Grade C uncleaned coin too - £3.60 - and I was sent an unidentifiable, tiny slug of metal.

I am incredibly angry. I paid money and I was sent absolute junk.

Crystal looked nothing like the photo, and it arrived badly damaged. Seller is supposed to pay VAT in the country in which the sale is made. I had to pay it on arrival as well as a customs charge. Not recommended. No chance of reviewing the product on their site with express checkout.
