Disappointing Experience — App Issues and Unpaid Influencer Work
Unfortunately, I would not recommend My Medical Order based on my experience.
I initially thought the concept was really useful, especially for travelers or people living abroad who may need to connect with a doctor without speaking the local language. I even worked with the company as an influencer to help promote their services.
However, I have still not been paid for the work I completed. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them regarding the outstanding payment, but communication on their end has been extremely poor and the issue remains unresolved.
On top of that, I’ve (alongside others who tried it) had repeated problems with their app/website not working properly. Between the technical issues, lack of communication, and my unpaid influencer work, my experience has left me with very little confidence in the company or its services.
What initially seemed like a great concept has unfortunately been a very disappointing experience. Based on what I personally experienced, I would not recommend using or working with My Medical Order.
If the company eventually resolves my outstanding payment, I will update this review accordingly.
