I ordered hair clips from this store…

I ordered hair clips from this store and the shipment failed to deliver because it couldn’t get in the door. Instead of trying 2 more times, they didn’t. I reached out to customer support and they said they would send me a replacement. But it has been a few weeks and they have not given me any shipping information and nothing has arrived.

Ordered a dress and it did not fit properly they advised me to send the dress back to an address in China!!!! which would have cost more then the dress.

They then advised they would credit me $15.99 on the 31st October 2025 still awaiting refund and they are not answering my emails so beware

No customer service

My items came separately. Customer service does not answer emails to return items that didn’t fit properly. No phone number to call, website stated they will respond to emails within 24 hours, which never happened (I’ve sent 6 over 3 week period) I should’ve checked reviews before purchasing.

platnum cream

I purchased platinum cream and I must say I'm impressed. This is a lovely smoke, smooth and relaxing . . Great stuff. . Will be putting another order in as soon as I start to run low. Everything is Packaged well and arrived within 4 days . Thank you Carol

DO NOT BUY FROM MELLO MODE

Shame there is not a minus option! These idiots sent me the wrong item and will not respond to any of my emails/facebook/instagram messages. So apparently selling incorrect items is absolutely ok by them. Appears to be a form of theft to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I could rate them less than a 1

If I could rate them less than a 1 then I would. I ordered pjs in Nov and have never received them as of Jan 5. I have reached out twice via email and they sent back a response that seemed automated saying it was on its way and should be early?! I had to go buy something last min to replace them for Christmas.

Avoid the disappointment!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I had the very same experience as everyone else. I ordered pajamas for my entire entire family ($300.00 worth) at the first of December and I got them today on January 4th 2025. I contacted customer service on multiple occasions, and they kept saying that it was on the way! needless to say, I had to order different pajamas at the last minute for our family party. Now I guess I have some for next year 🤯

People beware.

What can I say about this lot. Avoid them like the plague. Ordered jackets which have not been delivered. Contacted Steffany ? on numerous occasions to find out where they were. Eventually asked for my money back to be told that they had been dispatched the day after and my money could not be refunded. They advertise they are based in London when in actual fact they are in China. People beware and take nothing to do with them. Still don't know where or if my package is going to be delivered.

Terrible quality, not what is advertised

They took 2 weeks to ship me a smelly, spandex, knock off version of the dark faux leather jacket they have listed on their website. The jacket was listed for $99 and is so cheap the spandex came with permanent fold dark wrinkles. If you’re going to order very poor quality clothing like Mello Mode delivers, at least do it from one of the other cheaper stores online. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered a dress Sept

I ordered a dress Sept. 20th and have still not received the product. When reaching out to their customer service it took DAYS to hear anything back from them, and when I did it was not helpful. Working on getting a refund since my order has still not been delivered.

The material of the dress is bad…

The material of the dress is bad quality and the dress doesn’t even have a label. For that price I could have bought a decent dress from well known makes.
I can’t even return it as it will cost me more money.
Never ever again will I buy anything from unknown online companies. It looks cheap in capital letters.

So unfair for mymello and not warning potential customers of Melloluni how shocking the products and service are.

This is obviously a scam company. Dress ordered was substandard and not 100 per cent cotton as marketed. No returns unless you send to an address in China....I have Never had to return to China. Any bona fide company has a UK or European returns address.
Total scam...how does one report this? Who to?
Obviously just gotta suck it up having been duped.....grrrrrrr

Zero customer service

Placed an order on the 5th July. Then my order got cancelled on 10th July as apparently it wasn’t in stock. However I’ve received no email from them telling me or giving me an alternative date that they will get more in stock. No customer service what so ever!!!

disappointing and possibly contravening trading standards

I ordered a dress, Sofia in floral multi-coloured fabric which was supposed to be 100% cotton. When it arrived the Item did only vaguely correspond to the photo on the website, and the fabric does not seem to be cotton at all. There was no option of return. The dress is so substandard that I wouldn't even pass it on to a charity shop
