Had an appointment booked in
Had an appointment booked in. Changed my phone number so I couldn't log in to attend the session. Sent emails and messages explaining the issue and didn't have anyone respond in time. It was counted as a missed appointment and charged $100AUD. Finally got a response from support and they said it's my fault for not notifying them sooner (notified the moment I changed my number) Still receiving emails for an overdue account for this and no recognition or response to my reason why.

We’d like to clarify that we didn’t receive prior notice of your phone number change before the session. Had we known, we would have made the necessary adjustments to ensure you could attend. Since we weren’t informed, we do need to stick to our cancellation policies, which is why the session was marked as missed.
Our team did try to follow up with you to resolve this, but unfortunately, we didn’t hear back. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do everything we can to help resolve this.
Would recommend using My Mirror
I like how they match you to a psychologist based on your individual needs. The psych I'm working with is very knowledgeable and I like that she is trying something different to what I have done before, also she is very responsive to messages. The online system is easy to use

Lies lies and more lies.

8 sessions of being strung along and lied to. Package almost over and no assessment. I suppose they want more money for more lies. I am making sure they will be held accountable and other ppl aren’t robbed or lied to! AVOID AVOID !!

A wonder service for people who cannot get into a therapists office. My counsellor is absolutely wonderful and helping me in my recovery journey. Thank you for providing such a wonderful support service.

My Mirror has been amazing for our family
The flexibility of having a Telehealth appointment and being able to do it in the privacy of our own home has been amazing for our family. With both parents working full time it can be really hard to get the kids to appointments. This way we can fit in mental health care for our daughter in our busy schedule.

Thanks for your feedback! I’m sorry for any confusion or disappointment we may have caused. We have a cancellation policy where we charge 75% of the fee for same-day cancellations, as it’s difficult to fill the spot on short notice.
After reviewing your case, we did go back and refund the difference to reflect the cancellation charge. If you have any further questions or need assistance, we’re here to help!

A great person who I felt was honest and on my side.
I liked the empathy and sincerity of the therapist and his honesty. l felt a connection and he was non-judgemental. I felt comfortable and safe.

I’ve really enjoyed using My Mirror for…
I’ve really enjoyed using My Mirror for my mental health journey. The convenience of online sessions and being able to browse different psychologists to find the right fit is fantastic. I also appreciated the match guarantee, which helped me find a therapist I absolutely love—she’s incredibly skilled and supportive.
The only downsides for me are the lack of a way to contact or message my therapist between sessions, and the cancellation policy. I was unwell and couldn’t cancel my session without being charged, so I pushed through despite not feeling great.
Overall, My Mirror has been a helpful platform, and I’d recommend it to others looking for accessible mental health support.

Such a great service and experience
I have been nothing but impressed and grateful for My Mirror and my psychologist. The way that they put me in touch with the right person make me feel grateful and the user interface / booking system is nice and easy. Very satisfied and would recommend to others.

Great selection that allows you to find the perfect fit for your needs. I found my perfect match first time . This is a very easy platform to use and working online makes it so comfortable to talk.

MyMirror is Legitimate and Safe
My experience with MyMirror has been very positive.
I love the website, the session notes, and the convenience of Telehealth, along with the quick availability of appointments.
I've had three sessions so far with Rosalind. Over the past 20 years, I've worked with many psychologists and have found several techniques helpful. However, what I’m focusing on now is completely new for me. For the first time, I'm discussing issues I had previously tucked away and realising how significantly they have affected my behavior today. I highly recommend this service!
