HORRIBLE customer service. They will accuse you of an item being used and damaged, when in fact they sent the faulty item. They are dishonest, disrespectful and rude to their customers! Go elsewhere

I ordered replacement mirrors for my truck in September. Only 1 mirror ever arrived. I have sent multiple e mails with no response. I have requested a refund or merchandise.
I have called and waited over an hour on the phone, no answer.

Bad customer service and false shipping times!
I ordered an alternator that said it would be shipped to my house in a just over a week. Then I got an email several days later stating that the part was at an overstocked warehouse and that it would be 3-5 additional business days. I was ok with waiting but I tried to call their customer service. I wasn't able to get through to anyone with out a very long wait, so I emailed them. I asked for them to pay for shipping because of their error.
I heard nothing for over a day then got an email from them stating they canceled my order! Now I'm left with a dead car and scrambling to find a part! They said I requested to have the order cancel which was a lie.
You would think they could have just said we aren't able to help would you like us to cancel the order. Nope they just canceled without any conversation about my order! Will never buy from them again!!
I am working to restore a 1974…
I am working to restore a 1974 Challenger and have been buying parts from Mike and Mark for over a year. I have purchase numerous items for the interior and exterior of the car, as well as having a number of parts power coated. In addition, they also did a complete rebuild on my steering column, dash and evaporator/plenum assembly. The parts look brand new and every much as though the car came off the assembly line. These guys have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and will go out of their way to assist in anyway they can. My only regret is not finding Mr. Moparts sooner.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered three parts, received an email saying they had to get one item from another warehouse and it would take one business day and then they would ship. Five days later, no shipping info, no updates, nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and was immediately contacted with tracking and a hostile email asking why I did what I did and how I was the bad person. Still no resolution and the kicker is that they sent me an entirely different part! I have now sent all the parts back with their shipping label and am expecting a full refund. Terrible Customer Service. Stay far away from this site.

Terrible service, worse communication
I ordered a front license plate bracket "kit", which includes the bracket & screws. They changed my order saying it was incompatible, however their website says it fits. They did not have the new updated part in stock, had to wait 3 days while they ordered it from the Dodge dealer next to them. The order arrived; it was 4 screws in a bag & no bracket, and they charged $12.
Tried to call 6 times, they never answer - on hold indefinitely. Sent 5 emails, no response. They are good @ charging your credit card ASAP. Worst parts dealer I've ever dealt with. Avoid
Pre-purchase communication terrible
I tried to contact them via phone and email prior to purchasing a part I needed. OVER 60 min wait times to be answered each time I called - and no response to email I sent them. I did order the part and received it fairly quickly - but their pre-purchase communication was terrible.
I ordered the two transmission filters…
I ordered the two transmission filters needed to do a transmission fluid change in my Ram pickup.
Both of the filters that I received are incorrect, one of them is a diesel fuel filter!
Someone printed a label with the transmission filter part number that I ordered and put it on the fuel filter box, even though the box has a bar-code on it with the fuel filter part number!
I have spent over 1 1/2 hours this morning waiting on their customer support phone line and no one has ever answered the call.
I need to return all items in this order and get a refund. I want to have my local Dodge dealer perform the transmission service.
UPDATE: I received a refund from MyMoparParts.com yesterday. This bad experience took over a month. I will only buy Mopar parts from my local Dodge dealer in the future.
Ordered a wheel lock kit for my 2022…
Ordered a wheel lock kit for my 2022 jeep wrangler. They emailed back changing the part number because they claimed it wasn't compatible with my vehicle. The part they changed to does not fit my jeep as I have tried it before. After emailing them to change back to my original part number I finally got a confirmation. The order arrived ONE locking logout with no key! Emailed and called no response. Charged 58 dollars. Will file a complaint. Incompetent and nonresponsive. Stay away.
missing merchandise
I ordered a gasket set for six upper and six lower manifold gaskets and they only shipped me one gasket. I cannot perform the work without the remaining parts and this company "Does Not" answer the phone or return emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company for the difference and will NEVER use these clowns again. Save your self some aggravation and do not order anything from them.

After multiple searches, because of price fluxuation .. Found a screw cover... Reasonably priced and shipped/ received in 4 days. Very satisfied!
Terrible company
Placed order last week. Still hasn’t shipped. They will not answer there phone. I have left several messages and not one call back. Also won’t Email me back. Still don’t know the status on my part. Glad it was only $30 I lost. Already ordered these part through Quadratec. Will never use this scam company again. Everyone beware of this SCAM!!!’
My part shipment date has been delayed…
My part shipment date has been delayed 3 times so far. Ordered about 6 Feb 2022, now Mar 4, 2022, still no part. Can not get Jeep inspected so can not pay property taxes or tags and now over due, plus have to rent a vehicle at $70 a day. Now it changed to maybe 16 march 2022. The Electronic module controls the entire vehicle and can not start without it. A 2011 with 67,656 original miles first owner. Like 3 years of driving miles. Body like new.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Two weeks after ordering I received am email most of my parts were unavailable. Then upon shipping I received one empty box. I tried to contact them and they basically said it wasn't their fault. Buyer beware.
Don't waste your money here.
Called customer service to return a part. Was on the phone for almost an hour. Got nowhere. Stuck with the wrong part and no refund. This company is not willing to do anything but take your money and hang up on you.

I highly recommend not using this company, I order two motor mounts nearly a month ago, called today and found out they cancelled the order, the person I spoke to said that they suspected fraud. I asked to speak to a manager to work though this and they would not listen and hung up. most likely they don't have the parts. my 2 cents is by pass this company do yourself a favor. not worth the effort or aggravation.
Mymoparts is not worth your time
My order was for a couple of $12 panel trim parts. Nothing worth mentioning until this company fail to take responsibility for their choice of shipping. They shipped the items via USPS. And per usually the mail personnel lack the ability to read. So, instead of this company taking responsibility for choosing a well known failure when it comes to shipping. They double down and said we have to go with them. At least Amazon required their people to take pictures for proof. Mymoparts basically said we gotten your money so f_ck you. If I was you I find someone else when it comes to buying replacement parts.
