The product & delivery is very good.
But the customer assistance has no sense of etiquette when making reply.

He/she has no effort to research for me.
They are replying with exclamation mark. That is shouting!!

I was really disappointed that I placed an order using my credit card payment was done only to be refunded a couple of days later. I then phoned in to find out what went wrong and was informed that you do not ship to South Africa. I have dealt with numerous companies in America and this has never been a problem. I even suggested that I get my own freighting company to collect but was told this is not possible. Why? I do not understand. Please refer back to me.

I have since learn't that this was not MyMoparts problem and the problem lies with ebay who refused to ship the parcel based on the size.

I will deal directly with MyMoparts in the future.
