I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I emailed them to cancel my son's subscription, as he was no longer interested in playing an instrument, but they kept charging me. I had to call the bank to stop the subscription. They even charged me twice in one month, and the remaining balance (£156) on their app — which was there because the teacher missed lessons — was not refunded. They are still taking money from it.
I had a terrible experience and I’m very disappointed. I would not recommend them.

Incessant branding. Your emails, website footer, student portal login... EVERYTHING is MY MUSIC STAFF branded and you CANNOT opt out. They can't change website footer, they offer website builder but NOT an accompanying email address. You PAY them monthly then they brand themselves in every aspect of what you do.
There is another music lesson company in my small town that also uses mymusicstaff and students who switch get VERY concerned/confused when they were sick of dealing with MMS and then have to use the SAME MMS branded login, calendar, payment, email, website, etc
Also they have issues with back end web development and it takes weeks of back and forth to even get them to fix issues like videos not playing, logos appearing lopsided in website footer, etc

It is a very nicely setup and attractive website, with great functionality for music schools of any size. However, they must be short of staff, as it can take three days for a response - decidedly not great. This is compounded by deficiencies in the FAQ and help videos, so that customers end up needing to do their own problem-solving and spend ages looking around the site. Again, not great for a paid service, especially when you might need to get something done or fixed in a hurry. I would otherwise give a much higher rating. Hope things improve.
