The best customer service experience I have ever had! Hiccup with mattress delay with the manufacturer was dealt with proactively, with great communication and resolution. Plus the delivery crew were amazing- professional, polite, and careful. Will be buying all my future mattresses from this company. 5 🌟 very happy customer

Very helpful sales service, and I was kept updated about my order
Excellent and efficient delivery with the delivery men being careful and considerate about the pictures on the wall on the stairs whilst carrying the heavy mattress upstairs on a very hot day.

Exactly what I was looking for, a fantastic price, free delivery, what more could you ask for 👍

Great customer service after a minor setback! We ordered two mattresses online, but a delay popped up five days before delivery. Andy and Dave were incredibly helpful—they offered us a loan mattress or an alternative item. We chose a different brand that was ready to ship, and they updated everything instantly. Delivery was flawless! Word of advice: call to confirm availability before ordering on the website.

Absolutely brilliant from order to delivery
Very helpful and great price ⭐️

I’m extremely satisfied with my new mattress! It’s comfortable, supportive, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly happy with my choice!

Seamless and smooth experience - from ordering online to delivery. Thank you.

Best price I could find on the Emma mattress I wanted and they threw in two Emma pillows which aren't cheap

After having superb customer service from Dave and Andy, in Sales, re replacing first zipped mattress due to manufacturing fault, it was such a shame that the mattress was taken to our old address, by the courier, even though our new address was on email correspondence - it didn't make the situation any better when Admin acted unprofessionally. However, the mattress was delivered the day after due delivery date to the correct address.

Got our mattress at a decent price delivery was smooth

We had few problems with wrong mattress delivered. But the company was very helpful sorting it out. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on and I hope it stays that way. Thanks.

What a difference !!!, outstanding service again for second time. Sale of bed was excellent, bed perfect condition, excellently wrapped, Not a mark on it, wonderful colour, the difference it has made to my mattress is incredible. Delivery men were lovely, very professional and really nice guys. Absolutely incredible service from a great team, will always use this company for future purchases. Thank you 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶

I would definitely recommend this company and will use again in the near future.

Placing my order = very helpful wth price match and earlier than normal delivery. The communication around delivery was great and so were the 2 men who brought the mattress to my bedroom with upmost care.
The whole experience from buying to delivery was superb!

Ordering was easy. Delivery was efficient. Product was as described and seems to be good quality.

Our New Hypnos Bed which is super kingsize got delivered this morning first thing… The two man delivery crew, were great, and in fact said that all that team really did was the Big Beds, so they had loads of experience getting them into tight spots. I Digress, from start to finish, I spoke with Dave, Andy and Simon on various occasions, in order to get the order just right, and we visited Hypnos twice, just to make sure of sizes and the ottoman worked for us… All three guys at MNM, were so very helpful and Dave this morning had me on the phone several times, as I will say that the instructions for the Hypnos Ottoman leaves a bit to be desired.. So Hypnos if you are reading this, take a look at your instructions, and give them a bit of an update.

Overall , great experience so far.

Tracking was good, phone call before delivery as promised and guys offered to take shoes off etc.
Only one thing no lable on bed stating it was genuinely manufactured by the stated company

Perfect mattress. Great communication about delivery times and excellent delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing price, delivered on the exact day I needed and the delivery team were very friendly and interactive during the delivery. Didn’t catch their names but they both did amazing. The service to unpack and remove the excess packaging is also great value for money.
