My husband and I have just returned from MyNova dental in Kusadasi and can most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of travelling to Turkey for dental work.
My husband had alot of dental work done, he had multiple extractions, sinus lifts, bone graphs and implants on his first visit in Feb this year. He was guided and reassured every step of the way. We returned in June only because he had bone graphs on his upper gums and implants wouldn't take at our feb visit.
Looking forward to our final visit in October, we were again meet by the lovely and beautiful Imelda where my husband had his new teeth fitted to perfection. The standard of work performed by the dentists at MyNova is second to none. They are professional and brilliant at what they do.
A big shout out to Imelda, who's warm personality puts you at ease from the minute you meet her. She's fantastic at what she does. Get in touch with Imelda if your thinking about getting work done, we couldn't recommend her and MyNova enough.

meine Mutter hat die Klinik in Düsseldorf durch Soziale Medien entdeckt. (Ziehen jetzt nach Essen.) Wir haben direkt einen Termin gemacht, da wir sehr viele Probleme mit unseren Zaehnen hatten. Dr Eda hat uns persönlich in Düsseldorf beraten. Eine sehr nette und genaue Aerztin! Wir haben anschließend mit Elif gesprochen und Termine vereinbart in İzmir. Elif ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sooo viel um die Patienten, ist einfach unberschreiblich! Sie hat uns sehr geholfen und uns beruhigt. Termin in İzmir war am 14.10. Nun kamen wir in Kuşadası an. Nettes Personal am Empfang. Papa, Mama und ich haben direkt eine Röntgenaufnahme bekommen und wurden nach und nach von dem İnhaber Dr. Ömer untersucht. Er hat sich insgesamt mit dem ganzen auseinandergesetzt und uns intensiv aufgeklärt.
Wir haben natürlich direkt angefangen mit den Behandlungen.
Bei meiner Mutter wurden mehrere İmplantante gesetzt, aber die Zaehne was noch gerettet werden konnte, wurden direkt behandelt damit diese beibehalten werden. İnnerhalb 5-6 Tagen wurden mehrere Wurzelkanalbehandlungen durchgeführt, İmplantante gesetzt und die vorübergehende Zaehne so fertig gemacht; sodass meine Mutter sich für die naechsten 6 Monaten wohl fühlt. Dr Fatma Seda hat sich sehr um Sie gekümmert.
Bei meiner Vater wurden 2 Behandlungsmethoden angesprochen. Nun haben wir uns dafür entschieden, dass 3 İmplantante gesetzt werden.
Meine Behandlung wurde von Dr. Muhammet Gümüş durchgeführt. Als erstes müsste ich erwaehnen, dass ich eine Angsthase bin, was Zaehne angeht. İch habe Zahnaerzte immer gehasst. Am ersten Tag, hatte ich trotz Erklaerungen sehr viele Fragen. Dr. Muhammet hat sich die Zeit genommen. Hat mir versprochen, dass ich aufgarkeinfall ohne Zaehne aus der Praxis rausgehen werde und wenn ich Schmerzen haben sollte, dass er direkt darauf eingehen wird. Die Assistentin Yaren war so sympathisch, dass ich garkein Bauschmerzen hatte. Es war ein langer Tag. Das Format wurde erweitert, die Zaehne wurden für die Kronen fertiggemacht. Ohne zur warten, wurde ich direkt für die Wurzelkanalbehandlungen fertig gemacht. İch haette mich aber auch dagegen entscheiden können. Die Auswahl lag bei mir. İch wollte soviel wie möglich hintermir haben. Es waren typische Wurzelkanalbehandlungen. Anschließend haben wir zusammen auf meine vorübergehende Plastik Zaehne gewartet. Trotz dass Feierabend angesagt war, haben Dr Muhammet und Yaren mit mir gewartet, wie versprochen! İch wurde nicht entlassen ohne dass ich Zaehne hatte. 7 Tage gingen sehr schnell. İn der Zeit wurden Proben gemacht, ich durfte mich für Farbe und Form entscheiden. Für mich war es wichtig, dass das nicht unbedingt aesthestisch aussieht sondern natürlich, da ich meine Zaehne nur für meine Gesundheit machen lassen wollte. Dies habe ich mit Dr Muhammet Gümüş gesprochen und letztendlich habe ich genau das bekommen was ich auch wollte! İch fühle mich so wohl damit! Einfach unbeschreiblich. Wir haben und sehr wie Zuhause gefühlt und nun kann ich sagen, dass ich kein Angst mehr von Zahnaerzte habe. Außerdem werde ich die Kontrollen immer wieder von Dr Muhammet Gümüş machen lassen.

Hi I just completed 2nd stage of my dental treatments at My Nova clinic my dentist Dentist Burcu Altındiş has done a great job on my teeths few months ago I had implants put in and now crowns I must say the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish I highly recommend this clinic I found her to be very professional and perfectionist I’m very impressed and satisfied with her once again I like to thank the whole team at Nova clinic for wonderful service provided during my stay

Hi I decided to come to my nova to get a long due overall in my teeth and I was blown away by the service both before coming and when here. Irem was a pleasure to deal with and made everything very easy and was always very prompt when answering any queries I had and she put my mind at ease.
Couldn’t fault accomadation as it was more than adequate with pick up from airport and daily pick ups and drop offs.
Treatment was 1st class and very quick with loads of rest time in between and I am so happy with the results and look forward to returning in March to get the treatment finished.

I'm just back from My Nova dental clinic in kusadasi after implant surgery. My Dentist Burcu Altındiş I can not recommend her enough for everything. She was very professional and never stopped till she got my teeth perfect! She greeted me everyday and was always very welcoming. Her staff that worked with her were exceptional and the service was top quality.

The clinic itself was pristine! The receptionists were exceptional and very accommodating.

My patient Co-ordinator was AJ she went above and beyond for me, always kept on top off everything. She had everything sorted from start to finish! She was so accommodating and just exceptional. Top quality service from her! Highly recommended getting in contact with her if you want any information or to book a appointment!

Ich kann diese Klinik mit 100% Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Nach dem ich vor zwei Jahren brustkrebs hatte und wegen der Folge Behandlung alles an meinen Zähnen unheimlich viele Probleme mitgebracht hat, hatte ich fast keine Hoffnung mehr irgendwann noch Zähne zu haben. In Deutschland wurde mir ein Kostenvoranschlag mit dem 4 bis 5 fachen gemacht als was ich hier zahle.
Die Mitarbeiter im Klinik sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Elif Hanım ist einfach die beste, so vorsorglich und offen. Sie hat mit mir die ganze Zeit im Kontakt.
Mir wurden an einem Tag meine restlichen 8 Zähne raus gezogen und 7 Stück Implantate inklusive knochenaufbau gemacht. Die OP wurde unter sehr sterilen Vorgaben gemacht. Schmerzen hat ein bisschen klar, aber ich habe es wirklich viel schlimmer erwartet. Ich komme im Februar 2025 und hoffe das alles wie diesmal gut läuft und ich wieder lachen kann. ♥️🤗
Wir wurden immer pünktlich mit ViP abgeholt, unser Unterkunft war das Methis Hotel. Hier waren alle Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett und freundlich sowie zuvorkommend.

I have just completed my 2nd trip to My Nova, and i am a very happyyy customer. My 1st trip being In April for a sinuslift, 4 implants, 3 extractions, and an infection in a tooth that had been there for a long time all treated & cleared up. Then in September, I had 2 root canals and my implants and crowns finished, omg such a diff, the team at My Nova are exceptional, so professional, helpful & friendly, and if your thinking of having treatment done here, rest assured you will be in great hands with Imelda from Ireland (request Imelda or contact her via wats up +353 87972 6820 ) there was 3 of us getting treatment, and we couldn't have done it without her !!! We were lifted from hotel, taken to appointments, and Imeldas reassurance through the entire experience was priceless, we were then taken back to hotel after each appointment. Imelda and the My Nova Team have given me my smile back and I can't recommend them enough, thankyou Imelda & My Nova 🥰

From the initial enquiry and throughout all procedures my contact was Agʻiz and it was completely stress free. In fact, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The clinic is modern, clean and the equipment is fully upto date.
The Doctors are extremely professional, understanding of your needs. They readily listen to you and fully discuss all procedures before implementation.
The cost of the hotel is fully included in price and transport is arranged at all times.
I certainly highly recommend MyNova for they're professionalism, sensitivity vast knowledge/expertise with a friendly manner.

My husband is currently having treatment with My Nova Dental Clinic. He has had 23 zirconium crowns, with treatment starting on Saturday 7th September 2024.
We were initallyy supported by Vedhan to discuss and arrange the treatment. She has been fantastic with providing information to us in English, assisting in finding hotels, arranging transport to and from the airport and between the hotel and the dental clinic. We chose to stay at Cordinat suits as we wanted a pool and gym facility to use when not at the dentist. Vedhan was able to arrange transfers for us every day from the hotel to the dental clinic and back again (costing approx. £8-9 per trip). We usually had the same taxi driver too. She has been in constant contact with us to support us throughout our stay.
All the staff at the clinic where exceptionally welcoming and supportive, even with the language barrier. There was always someone present who could speak some English to support us, and we used google translate inbetween. My husband's dentist is Julide Guler. She was very professional and always explained what was happening and why, giving my husband various options for his treatment and working with him to create an effective treatment plan. The clinic also looked after me whilst waiting for my husbands treatment, by offering drinks, giving me the wifi password and allowing me to change my phone. There is also a fantastic coffee shop next door, that have free wifi and plenty of european plugs for you to charge devices.
We chose this clinic as we know of 5 other people from the UK who have been to this clinic in the past 2 years and it came highly reccomended.
Overall we have been very happy with the service provided by all staff at My Nova Dental Clinic and we would definitley reccommend the clinic to anyone looking to improve their smile.

It begins with me going to Turkey alonefor the first time hoping to get a new smile and be able munch my favourite nuts and fruits. Can't say I was relaxed because not knowing nobody on that side it was a chance I've decided to take and now I'm rejoicing thanks to the medical team for making sure it was pain free and relaxing my liaison Natalia you make sure I understand the procedure the receptionists who always know how to communicate the drivers who always make sure you're comfortable the hotel perfect the people everybody shows nothing but love and respect you help to make this journey my most memorable adventure they make sure even working beyond closing time to make sure I'm satisfied and did they did a good job.
