Decided to try these patches, as the advertisement for a 30 day money back guarantee is all over their website.
They irritated my skin, therefore I decided to request money back.
Numerous emails back and forth before eventually agreeing to a 50% refund.
The refund never arrived and now they are no longer replying to my emails.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I was sceptical about the microneedle eye patches but went ahead with a purchase due to their widely advertised no hassle full refund promise. I used the products exactly as instructed and saw no change at all so contacted them for my refund. I've now sent around 20 emails and still have no refund. They mostly ignore emails but did have a spate of replying a short while ago when they first told me I hadn't applied quickly enough (I had ensured that I applied well within the 30 day period) and then they started making offers of partial refunds ad a "gesture of goodwill". They cannot explain why they won't honour their own promise of a full refund and have again stopped replying to my messages. I would suggest avoiding any interactions with this company.

These do seem to actually work, under eye bags not gone yet but definitely better

I reacted to two of the novelia products. My eyes became puffy after using both products. I complained to customer service and they ignored my emails of complaint and instead suggested that I buy more of their products. They did not refund me as outlined on their website. Do not buy the product as they do not work. The company is unprofessional and they make false promises.

Despite numerous emails and repeatedly explaining that I have not received the order I placed on 18/01/2026, the issue remains unresolved. Shocking customer service

Bought these patches, not working, trying to get a refund under their 30 day guarantee, and going round in circles, customer service awful and doesn't appear to accept we're not happy

Product went missing as they were left at the front of the house, unsecured, without my permission. The company have refused to help at all in resolving this.

A complete scam. After three weeks eye patches arrived however they are unusable. They do not stick to the eye, and there is no serum. They are completely dry. Do not buy.
