2nd time ordering, delivery was late this time but they included 2 gifts to my surprise. Will still order from them but i hope nexttime delivery will be on time. I love that we have options to order Kendamil ready to feed like Organic Formula.

Heard about this brand from sum1 so gave it a try, no fuzziness from 9 month old regarding formula change nd he is happy. So thnkuuu

The packaging is good and well sealed
Also, my daughter liked the product and she is doing fine. Moreover, the gases in her stomach reduces a lot, which is very good for her and us as parents

The Customer service was amazing! I made the wrong order and after messaging them they revised it before shipping!
On top they added some fun freebies in the box, which was extremely well packed so nothing could damage during the transport. Will order again this week!!

I required a custom order based on the quantity/product stages I needed, and the customer service team was very quick to reply to my email! So helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed. Shipping to my location in Canada was also very fast!

I had a few deliveries from MyOrganicFormula and can say that it was a good experience. I had trouble finding Kendamil in the UAE (it's gone in the UAE) and got the address of MyOrganicFormula from one of my friends. Despite the information stating that I could receive my boxes in up to seven working days, I received them much earlier—about three days. I didn't expected this speed and was quite happy with that. The delivery was organized by UPS, and I was able to track my order and even received an SMS notification a day before delivery.
My next delivery was also well-organized, so I can confidently say that MyOrganicFormula operates efficiently.
Moreover, I had an experience corresponding with their customer support team, and I would give them five stars. I always appreciate services with well-organized customer support because sometimes it’s not just about receiving the order but also getting the answers and information you need.

Prompt update about the confirmation and ETA within 24 hours of the order placement. Packaged well and shipped on time and no duties on delivery (via UPS to Canada). The product was in great shape and a year short of it's expiry date.

I ordered the goat formula to supplement breastfeeding. And my LO has been doing well.

The original shipment missed one can of the order. After connecting with them, they immediately not only provided the can but provided some extra items in good faith. Very happy with their customer service as well as the product.

Absolutely love the variety of formulas provided, as well as the test they give you to determine which formula is best for your baby. My little one is allergic to regular formulas, even the hypoallergenic ones. We tried the goats milk formula HIPP provided and it is fantastic. My baby had no allergic reaction to it and we don't have to worry about any unsafe ingredients used.
I also live in Canada, and I received my order in 3 days. I was extremely surprised with how fast shipping from HIPP is.
