We visited 5 different garden building companies, and My Outhouse stood out for several reasons, but primarily because of the passion and dedication that David and Steve clearly have for outbuildings and delivering the right product. They were also marginally cheaper than some of the bigger national companies, with no drop in quality.

They coached us patiently as we designed the building with them, and they visited our premises to make sure everything had a good understanding of the location, the purpose and the aesthetics.

When it came to the building work, everyone on their team was extremely professional. They were fast, efficient, respectful, engaging and helpful, and they were tidy too. Shout outs to the brilliant builders: Rob, Robbie, Arsen and Darian; and to the excellent electrician Alex; the perfect plasterer, Wayne; and detail-focussed decorator, Jordan; and of course, a big thanks to Reese, who worked from 8am to 7pm without stopping to break and did a brilliant job on the cladding.

So now I have the perfect outhouse, in the perfect spot in my garden. I am hugely grateful to a seamless and somewhat enjoyable experience with My Outhouse. David and Steve were always on-hand to explain the next steps and estimated timings, and the whole building was put up and finished in 4 weeks - in a completely stress-free way. Thanks again to the whole team, including Maria (who we never met). You did a brilliant job and I'm very grateful.

Found this company by chance. And very glad I did! Their salesman is friendly and reassuring, he is willing to work with you and iron out all the details until you are fully satifsied - whilst still giving advice about quality, stability and durability. Very flexible in managing the project around your personal circumstances, and very professional throughout. The building tesm were a joy to host! They were polite, considerate and very dedicated to their craft. Thought i's wait a bit to leave a review - as time is a great measure of quality. My out house is now just shy of 2 years old and I no issues, and every faith in the craftsmanship. Very happy customer!

I had a 25ft to 12ft outdoor room constructed by a great group of guys. Brilliant for equipment and storage. Proper gentleman and extremely friendy.

We had a garden office with built in shed supplied by My Outhouse in January this year. This was part of our larger home renovation project for our new property in Bedford, Bedfordshire. To be honest, the garden office was the best part of our home transformation and it has made our garden look beautiful. We had a limited budget and needed more space to work from, and My Outhouse built us a stunning outbuilding that was well within our budget. We loved how transparent their price structure was when I visited their showroom, and that everything was included with no hidden costs. Overall it was a great experience and the team really worked hard to complete our garden office!

Poor service, no communication.

I was about to go ahead with a wooden garden room but saw a My Outhouse advert on Facebook and I decided to proceed as I liked that they build composite garden rooms that don't need maintenance. They were building another room in Hatfield and the owner let me come and see it while it was in progress. I was happy and went ahead with the grey cladding as I wanted a modern look. It has been up since the end of last year and I use it every day for work. So far I haven't had any issues and it looks very good.

I’m really happy with the garden room I had built in the summer. The company was recommended to me by friends, as they had a garden office built and the quality was better than I expected. I chose to upgrade to underfloor heating and also had some composite decking installed for a bbq area.
