I worked with My Personal Recruiter for 3 months and they got me 7 interviews within that time. I ended up securing a remote job offer with the perfect company. I would have never meet able to do all of that with my busy schedule.

My Personal Recruiter is a company I would highly recommend for job search support. Job searching is a tedious and challenging journey for most people. Julian and his team are engaged, supportive and extremely talented in supporting candidates/job applicants. They do an excellent job with career advice, resume building and refining the approach of job search. Above all they take away the tediousness and burden of applying in so many places by doing that for you as an applicant. They are worth every penny of expense. Lily was specially helpful to me in the job application process by doing multiple applications for a long period and also having great turn around time in terms of being responsive. This recruiting service was not a good fit for me specifically. The career coaching service was excellent, but it was time-limited. Their results may benefit some, but I perceived too many gaps. Unfortunately, we started on a holiday week, during a month with several holidays, which delayed momentum. The recruiting staff is located in the Philippines, where they respect their employees by allowing them to observe holidays. For example, we started on a Monday, and on Tuesday, the recruiter stated that we would continue next Monday when they return from vacation. The recruiter was specific in their approach, but continuously missed the mark on the industry segment I asked them to target. The overall strategy seemed intentionally throttled. They began searching for more general positions and indicated that they would later refine search parameters for more on-target roles. It wasn't clear to me why that was beneficial. There was little evidence that they applied to all jobs I approved. In fact, upon learning that I would not continue past our first month, they didn't submit me for the last 4 jobs I approved. Although their pricing is structured monthly, they advised me that I would gain more benefit by planning to use their service for 3 months. In this case, they should bill for 3 months instead of monthly. I had to stay on top of them to ensure I received value; otherwise, I was not confident they would deliver it.

These people are true professionals. They make the process simple. My resume is now a masterpiece! I can’t recommend them enough!

MPR is a huge help to me. I have the plan where MPR finds job posts that fit what I am looking for, I then review and vote yes or no, and for those marked yes, MPR fills out the application for me if I want or I can fill it out on my own. It allows me to find better job possibilities and get more applications in which lead to more interviews. I recommend MPR if you are serious about your job search.

My resume writer, Christina, was excellent. She produced great products and worked very collaboratively with me to figure out the most relevant experience to highlight and how to best present said experience. My current resume far exceeds my expectations and I have multiple tailored resumes for different types of positions to utilize in my next job search.

My recruiter, Lily, was also excellent. She found a ton of positions that I was well suited for and would apply to them for me. She was also very responsive to changes in my job search criteria resulting in her finding more and more positions that I was actually interested in and not just qualified for. She saved me countless hours of work throughout the process, which significantly reduced the stress of looking for a job.

Finally, my coach, Peter, was fantastic! His advice and help were invaluable. From advice on how to tell my story and explain the career break, to networking advice and interview prep, to advice on post interview thank you notes and when to follow up with the company, he was extremely helpful. Additionally, he was always willing to help answer questions or give advice/ feedback outside of our coaching hours as I encountered real-time issues or questions.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this service! The team assigned to me were phenomenal and exceeded my expectations! I love my new position and I highly doubt I would’ve received this offer without their help and would more than likely still be in the job market.
