Good price, but inadequate packaging & damaged dog treats
Great prices, delivered quickly. But the box was damaged as it was nowhere near sturdy enough for the 20kg dog food I ordered. Some of the other dog food items were broken & missing, and despite contacting the company I haven't heard back for replacements. Disappointing after sale customer service.

Professional and Efficient
Very easy to purchase from a large range of goods. Items are packaged correctly and securely and delivered with the minimum of fuss. Always a pleasure to deal with professionalism and hence why I always return for further purchases. No issues whatever.
