Ordered $258 worth of toner for HP MFP M477 laser printer a while ago (about a year; was getting the toner as soon as the printer started telling me I was getting low) - now I put it in and the colours are all wonky. Ended up going to a printer repair shop; they suggested I get the genuine toner after all. $258 totally wasted. The only reason I gave these guys 2 stars is that to be fair I didn't have time to contact them and see what they would do about it.

Justin Rice is a predator and a career criminal. He owns my print shop and a cover company called van polo inc. he uses the cover company to defraud families who are looking to rent a single family house. He has a contractor show up, at a condemned property and they tell you they just bought the property and are doing a full remodel. They then collect first last and sec deposit from you and never do any work again. There are ucc charges and a pending rico charge on him right now. Please do not spend a dollar with this criminal.

MICR ink worked great for iron decal printing. Will order from them again.

Items displayed on their website as in stock, meanwhile they are backordered. Their guarantee is for the product to arrive within 5 business days. I had to call in to figure out that my items were backordered and would be another week to arrive. Zero communication from customer service. No problem taking my money but no intention of meeting their commitments.

Great website with many Toners you can't find anywhere else and I found the ones I needed for a fraction of the cost from any other retailer. Great quality products with quick and free delivery. I highly recommend "My Printer Shop"...look no further........

This is a fraudulent company running scams on customers. They advertise genuine OEM replacement toner, but when you order it you get cheap third party knockoff garbage instead. I had to fight to get my money back, even though I had to pay extra shipping for supposedly "genunie OEM" products. Made a lame excuse that their "warranty" would cover any problems instead of sending me what I had paid for. Beware!

Website says free shipping over 49.00 but they still charge shipping on OEM toners & ink. misleading.

Poor follow-up from their customer support team. Giving a 3 only because of their fast shipping on the original orders. If I was rating their customer support it would be a 1. First order prompt and accurate. Second order shipped quickly but I made the mistake of not checking inside the box till I needed to replace ink. I order a 4 pack (3 colours + black) for my Canon printer. Myprintershop shipped 2 of the same colour and short shipped me on the black; the colour I needed to replace. Emailed and received a prompt response but like another reviewer they wanted me send a picture of the order. No problem, sent them a picture. Now still waiting 2 weeks later for the black cartridge and totally out of ink. Guess I will need to purchase it somewhere else.

I made a mistake in my order - the people I dealt with were EASILY accessible, friendly, helpful. I have ordered from them several times over the years and will continue to do so. 100% trustworthy.

I received # 63 cartage and put it in my H. P. and found it to be a very good print . I am satisfied and would order again ! Ron

I had issues with my cartridge and they sent me the new ones for free right away. They are concerned and responsible people.

My experience has been 100% positive with my Printer Shop and I recommend them highly. They are a real expert, MPS returns reply promptly, and shows concern for his customers.(Ahmad)
