Excellent window cleaning service today inside & out including conservatory & patio doors. Quite a challenge as we've been renovating a property post tenancy exit. Lee had visited & surveyed prior, and offered a keen price. Uses own 'spotless' water to avoid streaks - great job and some good advice about the aged conservatory rubber gaskets cause black smearing for future information

I had leased my home out for a couple of years whilst I had a work contract in Australia. On my return, I found the courtyard and driveway had not been maintained (as was originally requested) by my tenants. I came across My Property Pros after seeing a van near to my home with its advertised contact details. After calling for a quote and then having Lee carry out my requests, I can honestly say I am delighted with the standard of work carried out. I feel like my exterior looks brand new again and I’m extremely grateful for the quality of work, Lee’s professionalism, extensive knowledge and first-class skillset in delivering my requests. From start to final clean up, the cleaning process and attention to detail were exemplary. Highly recommended and My Property Pros with Lee will now be my ‘go to’ organisation based on my complete satisfaction on the quality and expertise displayed.

Great Service
MPP do a very good job cleaning the windows, guttering, soffits etc. Always polite, cheerful and friendly. Communication is very good too. We are always given plenty of notice as to when they will be coming.

Time for sparkling windows through this winter darkness
A message received from Property Pros advising us that it was our turn on the rota for our first window clean after having our roof cleaned way back at the end of November, which transformed our very mossy roof to its near new condition.
Mark arrived and did a very thorough job on cleaning the windows. I was curious as to why the windows weren’t dried afterwards but was reminded that because pure water is used it doesn’t leave marks on the window once it dries so eliminates the need for drying. Definitely recommend this company, very polite operatives who take care of your property whilst they are working.

You are absolutely right about the pure water system. It can seem unusual not to dry the glass, but because the water is purified it dries spot-free and leaves a clear finish without marks.

Transformation amazing
I recieved an advert from My Property Pros advertising jet washing.
I immediately made an appointment and was very happy to meet Paul, pleasant, polite, well mannered.
His work was outstanding ,he done everything, even the edging stones, turned out they were grey with a red speckle. Who knew, I thought they were black. The whole house front and back looks fab. I won't hesitate to recommend this company and I would use them again for certain.
I was fed up looking at black slabs which turned out to be cream, I'm so glad I phoned. Also.paul tidied and spray washed all splashes away. Cleaned doors and windows, left everything in neat order.

From the beginning interaction with Oli, to the quote process, to the actual clean My Property Pros lived up to the "pro." After a new roof and very dirty residue, I can see through my windows. They are clear and very nicely done. The service was also a great value.

I have always been happy with the service provide.. I get my windows cleaned regularly and I've also have my path pressure washed ( I do intentionally to get this done again this year )..

Roof Clean
WOW ! What a difference to our roof, it looks like new ! We had a roof clean by Diogo this week and are extremely pleased with the results. It was a pleasure to have Diogo transform our property. As for customer service he was fantastic ! From start to finish we could not have asked for any more. Very friendly and professional. He visited us to give us a quotation which was received very quickly. He explained the whole process in great detail so we understood how it all worked.He was punctual every day that he was with us and kept us up to date at all times. He was very respectful of our property. Protective coverings were used at all times and the guttering , windows and windowsills were cleaned after every stage of the process. He even cleaned our patio in full and all the paving outside our front door. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Diogo, you did us proud.
