Terrible

I ordered several items 554.50$ beginning of Feb 2024 and still nothing. Sent customer support several emails asking for status and ignored. Filed a case thru PayPal and received a DHL tracking number stating my items would leave Bali by 3-16. Today’s date is 4-16-24 and that tracking number has had no movement . Never ever again. I ordered from them before and knew about the 6 week policy but for my order to be over 2.5 months old and nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! Never ever again !!!!!!

Be Aware. Something shifty is going on here...!

Oh my goodness. I've admired Myrahpenaloza for years & finally purchased 3 items early Dec & spent over 1k to only now read these reviews. At no point did i realise I was purchasing 'made to order' & be waiting 6 weeks or more. On instagram she promotes items as 'back in stock' & she also has sale stock, so unsure how all items are 'made to order' & delayed 28 days plus. I've requested a full refund & chasing this but noone is responding. I'm now writing of my experience on her Instagram posts, in warning others & hoping someone will just refund me to go away. As I will keep writing on her posts until I am refunded. I am shocked & so disappointed. I've not come across scam businesses like this. But encouraging each of us to write on her Instagram posts to warn others + raise awareness that they a) mislead customers & b) stall their response to customer enquiries, as them dragging out any kind of resolution minimises our channels of getting our money back.

DONT BUY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! After reading several other reviews and seeing the
same thing happen to other people about their orders, I am absolutely shocked! I placed an order on July 17th, on July 28th I reached out for order updates as I had not had any order updates. They emailed back and said this order will be SHIPPED END OF AUGUST. I told them to cancel this order because they DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT ITEMS ARE PRE ORDER!!! Olivia from support then emailed back and told me my order cannot be cancelled because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. At the end of august I reached out again and asked for an order update, she then told me my order would be shipped 2ND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER!! I responded and said i’m super frustrated because they did not disclose this was a pre order item and I have waited over a month for it and I again asked her to cancel this order. She then told me that my order would be shipped 3RD WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. So 3 different times they gave me for when my item would be shipped. This is an absolute joke of a company. I’ll be having my charges disputed on my account for fraud.

This company has zero values and is a scam

This company is a scam. I had very similar experiences to the ones described by others. I should have used their cancellation policy as a huge warning on how they do business. I have sent 7+ emails to the company to track progress on my order as they have not communicated anything helpful. Then they stopped responding to messages. If this is how they treat customers, how do they treat their employees? They told me the same thing described here, production issues, my items made it to quality control. It has been over two months. Of course as soon as they are reported to my credit card platform and their payment platform, they are pretending to magically make progress on my order to hold onto my money. They do no live by a single value they preach. I have never had such a terrible experience. I placed my order over two months ago and have nothing to show for it. I do not think they ever intended to try to send anything, but we’re happy accept my money to plan their family vacations and create inauthentic Instagram content. DO NOT GIVE THEN MONEY, unless you are into making donations to families. It’s pretty wild that they are able to stay on such a reputable payment platform with the way they do business.

I waited an extra long time for the…

I waited an extra long time for the clothes item to be delivered. The sizing is one size fits all, but it didn’t fit and wasn’t flattering. When I reached out to return I was told of their no return policy… and if I want a store credit I have to pay shipping costs. Back to Canada? So now I’ve spent a lot of money on a basic blend fabric outfit that doesn’t fit.

I placed an order in mid-July and their website stated that all orders would be shipped within 28 days - not business days, just days. I reached out after several weeks to inquire about my order and was told that because they received a large volume of orders it would take longer than 28 business days to ship. Waited another week or two to follow up and still nothing. I was told after several days that my item was in final production and should ship the following week. It never shipped. I was given the run around several times and finally asked for a refund. Fortunately they processed it but I believe it’s because I had also complained and opened a claim with Sezzle, the payment processor. I completely understand and love the idea of slow fashion but this was clearly a scam. I do not believe they intended to send my order and you can tell it’s a shady situation because their instagram account has limited who can share comments on their posts… they don’t want bad reviews. Don’t trust this company.

Shady company that does not care about their customers in the least.

Do not order from this company. First of all, they claim to be a Canadian company but digging into their website shows they actually ship from Bali. There are stories all over social media of people being charged exorbitant customs fees when their DHL packages arrive... maybe 1-2 months after ordering and paying. They're lucky, though, considering my package NEVER arrived. I ordered June 8, 2022. On July 12, I received a text from MP (this is the only way they communicate) that my items were shipped. I checked the tracking info they provided for DHL, and DHL's system showed the package delivered... on July 5. Scribble of a signature and no one was home, I wasn't even in the STATE on that day. I advised MP of the issue (again, via text) and no one there even deigned to respond to me. Crickets since then.
