I've just received both my letters for the little ones after placing my order last week, at which point i also receieved a digital download for a beautifully written christmas story! Wasn't expecting to receive them soo soon but had to sneak a peak and oh my word they are BEAUTIFUL! Honestly so much better than I was expecting for such a great price, the wooden hanging decoration is way bigger than I thought I would be, ideal for Christmas eve crafting and the letter and certificate themselves are stunning. The care and love put into the personalisation is incredible, made me a bit emotional! I cant wait to see how my 2 react to them! Thank you soo much Paige!!

Absolutely darling! My granddaughter LOVED it!! Paige's customer service is second to none and it only took 8 days to arrive in Michigan from the UK.

The letters were absolutely perfect! I ordered 2 for my daughters and the letters were completely different from eachother; normally when you order they're the same letter but personalised! This made it so much more realistic! Thank you so much will 100% recommend.
