An experience not to be repeated.

A week on a boat that should have been completely different, which appeared to be much newer and more beautiful, but it wasn’t. There was often a very strong smell of sewer in the cabins, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, practically made of marble, and overall, it was completely below expectations. Not to mention that we had to endure a rough crossing at night, without getting any sleep, frightened, and without being informed of the situation in any way.

The only saving grace of this boat is the crew that works on it: the staff on board were truly the only positive aspect of this vacation. They were caring and kind, always attentive to everyone’s needs, and constantly tried to help each person with their specific requirements. It’s a real shame, and they shouldn’t be penalized, but unfortunately, they cannot make up for the shortcomings of those managing them from shore.

Unfortunately, our experience with MySaidAction was far from what we had hoped for. Despite the initial promise of diverse dive sites and an exciting itinerary, we were repeatedly taken to the same locations for our dives, which quickly became monotonous and frustrating.

When we raised our concerns about this with the management, they were not receptive or accommodating, showing little interest in addressing our feedback. Instead of making any efforts to improve our experience, they dismissed our criticisms, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.

For anyone looking for a varied and well-organized diving cruise, I would not recommend MySaidAction. There are likely better options available that are more in tune with customer expectations.

We were on this boat for two weeks, from August 10th to 24th. HOLIDAY TO FORGET. As soon as we arrived, we were told to empty our suitcases because they needed to be stowed, but instead, they were placed on the highest deck for two weeks, under the sun and in the salt air (needless to say, they were all ruined). The first night was in port, with an almost dizzying smell of exhaust fumes.
However, the smell of exhaust gas accompanied us throughout the holiday, even permeating the scuba tanks that were positioned in front of the generator exhausts (the guide took steps to have a compressor filter changed to limit this discomfort). Meals were a problem almost every day: excluding breakfast, lunches and dinners were identical in both weeks, despite our request to vary them from one week to the next.
The worst, however, was the second week when, due to an "error" in filling out the visas, we found ourselves having to return to Hurghada from Marsa Alam with a stormy sea, to say the least. I was in the rooms on the second floor, and that night, due to the waves and the strong wind, water entered both through the window and the door, resulting in a completely flooded room.
Despite the tragic situation, the staff in both weeks were always available and ready to help, trying as best they could to fulfill our requests.

Insieme a un gruppo di amici sono partito per questa crociera subacquea in mar rosso, le aspettative erano altissime, ma appena salito a bordo ho notato subito che la barca non rispettava le aspettative: una volta salpati, con mare agitato mentre facevamo colazione, l’acqua che si infrangeva sulle vetrate, penetrava all’interno bagnando cuscini e divani;
I due gommoni adibiti al trasporto sul sito di immersione, dove la barca era impossibilitata all ormeggio, non erano dotati di scaletta di risalita, provocando pericolo ai sub per la svestizione per risalita con mare agitato;
Nell’arco della giornata, nelle camere, si respirava odore nauseabondo proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno; dal mio bagno inoltre, fuoriuscivano insetti dal pavimento.
Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare una crociera con questa barca.

Conosciuti tramite Eudi , fiera subacquea che si svolge a Bologna, sembrava tutto meraviglioso, ma una volta arrivati sulla barca a Hurgada subito si è notato che non era come dai bei video che ci hanno mandato. Barca di 5 anni , così ci hanno detto, mal tenuta , sia esteriormente che internamente. Eravamo un gruppo di italiani , abbiamo chiesto prima della partenza e durante di preparare un menu in base alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno detto ok , ma niente prima e seconda settimana hanno seguito il loro menu. Unica barca con le valige vuote sul tetto , perché altri spazi non ce sono, sotto al sole e salsedine per tutte le 2 settimane senza un minimo di riparo. Alla fine della vacanza dovevamo sbarcare a Marsa Alam , ma hanno sbagliato i visti e siamo dovuti tornare a Hurgada viaggiando di notte con un mare molto agitato e la mattina seguente, all’immersione da 18 che eravamo soliti a immergerci , solo 7 persone se la sono sentita di tuffarsi, il resto con il mal di mare dovuto appunto all’incubo di quella attreversata. Ci sarebbe ancora molto da scrivere ma mi limito a questo. Uniche note positive , le guide e il personale della barca premuroso e gentile.
Sconsiglio nel modo più assoluto

I used this cruise ship in August 2024 for a vacation with friends. Terrible. Boat in poor condition. Teak on the deck of the boat raised. With the risk of getting hurt. Cabins not compliant with what was shown in the presentation video. Repetitive and poor quality food. Rude owner. Bathrooms in terrible condition. Despite the bad weather conditions they imposed a hellish journey on us with stormy seas. They changed the travel itinerary without the customers' knowledge by changing the port of arrival from Marsa Alam to Hurghada causing poor service to customers. Absolutely negative. Not recommended. Do not use this cruise.

We first got to know this boat at the Eudi fair, where their sales representative showed us a promotional video featuring an impeccable ship, which was very far from the actual condition we found it in when we saw it in August 2024. For example, the teak on the swimming platform was completely raised, the bathrooms were in terrible condition, and the boat itself was poorly maintained.

On top of that, the owners were incredibly rude. They changed the itinerary that they had originally sold us. We were supposed to end the cruise in Marsa Alam, but instead, they took us back to Hurghada, forcing us to endure a night of sailing in rough seas.

The food was Egyptian, and while Egypt has many wonderful things to offer, their cuisine is certainly not one of them; the food served was truly in bad taste.
In short, I strongly advise against this cruise. There are many other options out there that are far better than this one.
