Customer service was very prompt, with 2 very quick responses, on correcting a color choice mistake that I could not correct, one hour after placing the order.
So far, 5 hours after order placement, I am impressed with customer service.
Hope to receive my sheet sets for 4 different beds sometime soon and look forward to trying them out!! 🙂

I recently bought (8-9-26) these sheets and when received I washed and dried them as instructed. I noticed how soft they were when I removed them from the box, great start.
Unfortunately after removing from the dryer I was amazed at the amount of lint they produced, I clean my lint screen after every use.
On our first use they were very comfortable but I still had trouble with being to warm and when making the bed noticed pilling, mostly on the bottom sheet. Since then I have washed them 3times trying to get rid of the lint and now excessive pilling but without a satisfactory outcome. I was expecting a better outcome. I cannot give a 5star rating because of this.

I just received my new sheets, washed them as instructed and slept on them only two nights. They aren’t nearly as wrinkled as the prior sheets I have used. The fabric is soft and comfortable. In two nights I have not tossed and turned as much as I previously did. I can tell, as the sheets remained firmly in place. I hope this continues! If it does I am apt to get rid of all my other sheets and exclusively use this brand.

Silvery was quick to respond even though it was the weekend. They solved there issue I was having to my satisfaction and sent out replacement items promptly. It's hard to find any company in this day and age that would step up and stand behind their product so fully.

I emailed to let the company know that I was still getting hot every night and they offered to send me a different type if sheet- the “rest ool” sheet. I am anxious to try it, but based on my experience so far, they are very interested in making sure I am satisfied with the product.
