As stated, this is my first buyer’s experience with this company. First impressions are very important and in that regard, My Smoking-Shop passed with flying colours. As promised, my order was processed and shipped on the day I ordered it. It arrived the very next day. My only gripe would be the cost of the postage and packing, but I suppose that’s to be expected these days, as Royal Mail charge extortionate prices. I will definitely be using this company again, in the future. Thank you for a pleasant first experience.

Simon is always incredibly helpful. Orders are despatched promptly and when I recently had a problem with a non delivery due to a Royal Mail glitch, Simon went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I cannot praise highly enough!

Fast turnaround. FedEx delivery is expensive. Invoice was missing items (although total was correct).

I've been using mysmokingshop online service for quite a long time now (many many years!), back from the days of the original site and I've never had an issue. They're one of the only places that still sell my favourite brand, American Spirit, and their other stock is broad and would cater to anyone. I even bought my first pipe from them.

I think one notable situation I had recently that shows their level of excellence is just before the christmas period. I had to, sadly, time my tobacco purchase with when my wage hit and was relying on the tobacco to come before for over the christmas shutdown. Well these guys really went above and beyond and managed to get that out to me. I'd emailed to thank them for this to learn that they'd worked quite hard to get those orders out and it really shows.

Can't recommend this shop/team enough!
