Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration caused by the delivery issues. We completely understand your disappointment, especially with the change in courier and the slower-than-expected arrival of your mystery football shirt order.

We can confirm that we have recently changed to Evri as our delivery partner, and our system and communications have now been updated to reflect this going forward.

To resolve the issue you experienced, we did sent out a replacement order due to the original parcel not being received, and then end we issued you a full refund. we truly appreciate your patience while we put this right. We also fully understand how frustrating this situation has been.
