Doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating. I ordered some trousers and accidentally didn’t provide the house number when writing my address but did include all other address information. I quickly emailed the given email address once I’d realised my mistake minutes after making the order and have heard absolutely nothing back. I have sent endless emails and have not had 1 single response, I understand it was my original doing but to be completely ignored and no communication as to where the item even is, just shows a terrible customer service. Quick to take your money but when you require some communication and help to rectify the issue, absolutely nothing. Will never ever use this company again

Very sorry but you don't reply to emails and you take postal charges from the amount. After I have sent and paid return postage... no point in returning items...poor customer service
